Hotel com bom custo-benefício!! Limpo, organizado com funcionários muito educados. O restaurante não apresenta uma boa variedade de comidas. Mas é gostoso.

Fiquei hospedado all inclusive por 1 semana. Refeições, snacks, 10 tipos de drinks e cerveja Hollandia (holandesa) sem limites. Entretenimento com um grupo de profissionais e piscina. Recomendo o hotel! Só não dei 5 estrelas porque o chuveiro estava com problema pra aquecer.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a marina de onde saem os passeios pela ilha. Internet funciona muito mal nos quartos.Café da manhã muito bom.Demais refeições razoáveis.

Hotel excelente! Apesar de precisar depequenos reparos, pois se trata de um hotel um pouco antigo, é um dos melhores da Ilha. Quartos grandes, ar condicionado muito bom e água quente no chuveiro. Todos atendentes/funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Qualidade e variedade de coisas, tanto no café, quanto no almoço e na janta são muito boas! Excelentes drinks no bar da piscina.

todo previsto para que lo pases genial, con todo incluido. Felicitar al grupo artístico que realiza en la noche presentaciones y shows compartidos con el otro hotel de la cadena El Dorado. Quiero destacar a uno de los Maitres del Hotel, uno rubio, que tiene personalidad como para exigir tapabocas al público en el Restaurant Buffet. Felicitar a Gisselle y a Omaiza de su personal, quienes te atienden de maravilla. Ojalá no reciban excursiones de niños. Todo muy confortable! Cero Queja, Recomendable en la Isla de principio a fin y estuvimos 9 días alojados allí.

Un hotel con la mejor atención desde que ingresas hasta q sales . El personal muy atento. Los del bar son tema a parte , muy buenas personas y con una gran atención.La comida deliciosa y variada,la habitación amplia y con una vista espectacular a pesar de que están construyendo muy cerca. Volvería sin pensarlo .

Hotel súper recomendado!!!!! La atención es excelente, las instalaciones son muy lindas y limpias, las habitaciones súper cómodas, la comida muy deliciosa, el personal demasiado atento y amable, la ubicación es muy central queda cerca a todo (a restaurantes, tiendas de souvenirs, cerca al restaurante la regatta, a la playa, al centro, entre otros). Recomendadisimo 🙂✅🔝💯

Excelente hotel, su ubicación, sus servicios de restaurante, piscinas, el bar, las habitaciones, sus shows nocturnos y la amabilidad del personal que trabaja allí son lo mejor. Mi esposa y yo, la pasamos super bien allí, las comidas tipo buffetnos encantó, y también la ubicación del hotel, el cual está en un punto muy agradable y tranquilo de la isla.

La persona que atiende en el bar es tremendamente desatento, llegamos al bar y el.encargado hablando por celular y ni viéndonos se digno atendernos a tiempo, el día anterior fuimos y se iba por lo cual no podías pedir tu trato cuando querías tomártelo, sino cuando al señor le diera la gana. El resto no tengo queja, pero es inaudito que algo como eso suceda en un plan todo incluido. Hubiese ido a otro lugar

Es un hotel con arquitectura moderna a 4 cuadras del malecón. Las habitaciones son amplias con aire acondicionado y muy bien servicio de limpieza. El restaurante es estilo bufé y con buena variedad de alimentos. Tiene dos piscinas ideales para la familia en especial la que tiene arena y jacuzzis. Todos los empleados son muy atentos y serviciales. Definitivamente voy a volver a este excelente hotel.

Dor de cabeça. Fui cobrado em dobro na minha estadia, valor de R$ 2.000 (USD 400).. Hoje, completam 10 dias de abandono. Considere esse risco em suas reservas.

Tive um sério problema com o Hotel Arena Blanca. Eles nos cobraram duas vezes por nossa hospedagem no cartão de crédito. Eles prometeram nos devolver o dinheiro, e após duas semanas ainda não tivemos retorno. Tomem cuidado com este hotel!

Horrible hotel and service. They are part of a chain and wouldn’t allow other guests to dine. Paying customers who were told by the sister hotel that all clients are allowed to dine within the chains. Bathrooms are filthy. Bellhop clothing was dirty. No masks on. Everyone on their phones. What a disgrace and disservice to many.

It's a nice hotel with a great ubication. Services are fine too. It's just not that quiet at night because it have a live dance show up until 11.00pm. but it's a great show. If your looking for a place near everything and your willing to party, this is a good place to stay.

This hotel calls itself 3.5 stars but it was no better than a dormitory this week. It is the only time I have checked out early due to terrible situation at a hotel. It is old with paper thin doors and first thing we saw in our room was a cockroach on the 8th floor. The hotel was also overrun by hundreds of teenage girls with no chaperones having a party for four days which meant no sleep and no enjoyment of the hotel. When we requested early checkout, zero apology, refund or discount was offered. Don’t waste your money here as there are much better options. We found a brand new resort next door with same rating and price that was 10 times better.
