“The room was ok- a little musty and a used water bottle was on the counter so I’m not sure about the cleanliness. The front desk was rude. We reserved a 5 am shuttle to the airport and at 5 was told they were running late. No apologies and she was annoyed like it’s no big deal. Obviously if you wake up with kids and are heading to the airport at 5 am, you don’t want to sit around waiting for a late shuttle. There are a lot of hotels in the vicinity so I’m not sure I’d stay again.”
