Infelizmente, tivemos um incidente no check-in (na verdade, não percebi que era sangue, e não um padrão nos azulejos por várias horas), ao encontrar sangue coagulado no chão do banheiro e alguns no chão do quarto. Desafortunadamente, tuvimos un incidente en el registro (en realidad, no nos dimos cuenta de que era sangre, y no un patrón en los azulejos durante varias horas), y encontramos sangre congelada en el piso del baño y algo en el piso del dormitorio. Se limpió al notificar a la recepción y se realizó una investigación, sin explicación de dónde provenía la sangre. Pero siempre existe la preocupación de las enfermedades infecciosas.

Unfortunately we did have an incident on checkin (actually did not realize it was blood, and not a pattern in the tiles for several hours), with finding congealed blood on the bathroom floor and some on the bedroom floor. It was cleaned up upon notifying the front desk and an investigation done, with no explanation of where the blood came from. But there is always thst concern of infectious diseases.

We had an unbelievable experience at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Palm Desert. All around amazing from the warm, welcoming and courteous staff both at arrival and throughout our stay, to the awesome and super clean rooms and property, to the fantastic on-site amenities and to its proximity to local attractions! We’d go back in a heartbeat!!

Este é um problema com as revisões do Google Maps. Eu estava aqui, mas não usei muito do resort. Estávamos aqui apenas porque a sala de conferências de outro resort da família Hilton estava sendo reformada. Estávamos sendo brindados com um jantar e uma noite de jogos. No entanto, o Google Maps não tem nada além de "eu não fui aqui" para pular a revisão.

This is a problem with Google Map reviews. I was here, but did not use much of the resort. We were here only because the conference room of another resort in the Hilton family was being remodeled.We were being treated to a dinner and game night. Yet Google maps does not have anything other than "I didn't go here" to skip giving a review.

Fui hoje para uma entrevista em 1 Willow Ridge em Palm Desert. E foi bom, enquanto eu estava na minha entrevista de emprego, fiz um tour pelo local e foi muito bom e tranquilo. Havia muita gente na área das piscinas. Espero e rezo para que eu consiga esse emprego.

Minha primeira revisão, mas tinha que ser feita. Eles não conseguiram encontrar minha reserva, então fiz outra e, quando eles finalmente a encontraram, disseram que não era reembolsável, embora eu já tivesse outro quarto, então paguei por dois quartos usando apenas um. Mi primera revisión pero tenía que hacerse. No pudieron encontrar mi reserva, así que hice otra y luego, una vez que finalmente la encontraron, dijeron que no era reembolsable a pesar de que ya tenía otra habitación, así que pagué por dos habitaciones mientras solo usaba una. Fui hoy para una entrevista en 1 Willow Ridge en Palm Desert. Y fue agradable mientras estaba en mi entrevista de trabajo. Me dieron un recorrido por el lugar y fue muy agradable y tranquilo. Había mucha gente en el área de las piscinas. Espero y rezo para conseguir este trabajo.

My first review ever but it had to be done. They couldn't find my reservation so I made another one and then once they eventually found it they said it was non-refundable even though I already had another room so I paid for two rooms while only using one. I felt very scammed and definitely won't be staying there ever again because of that.

I went today for an Interview at 1 Willow Ridge in Palm Desert. And it was nice while I was on my Job Interview I was given a tour of the place and it was very nice and quiet. There was alot of people in the swimming pools area. I hope and pray that I get this job.

Mal posso esperar para voltar!!! A villa de um quarto foi incrível. Uma lareira na varanda e um chuveiro externo anexo ao quarto... Sim, por favor!!!! Tudo foi simplesmente perfeito. O quarto amoroso era muito confortável e a cozinha e a sala de jantar eram enormes. O banheiro tinha uma grande banheira com jatos. Tubos quentes à noite e piscinas durante o dia. Também os jardins são lindos e ótimos para passear. Há uma mercearia perto de bye perfeito para bebidas verdes e café da manhã. Excelente localização realmente não muito longe de todas as atividades divertidas. Este é um deve ficar!!!

Este lugar teve ótimas críticas no Google, e tivemos uma experiência decente quando ficamos. Devo dizer que os funcionários são super amigáveis - todos, mas fiquei ofendido com a "taxa de resort". Eu classificaria este lugar como um "4" se não fosse por essa taxa de resort.Imaginei pelo menos algumas comodidades, sendo um resort, em vez disso, eles tinham duas piscinas familiares e duas piscinas para adultos, duas quadras de tênis e um fliperama para crianças que levam quartos ..... sem máquina de mudança. E, a recepção não faria troco. . . .Se você está procurando comodidades, seria 100% melhor ficar no Best Western no caminho. Isto. É. Não. Um resort. Eles não têm comida no local, exceto por uma triste máquina de venda automática. Pense nisso como ficar no condomínio do seu amigo - você está sozinho. Ninguém está trazendo serviço de quarto ou sabonete extraNovamente, a equipe é super legal (especialmente os caras da manutenção), mas não tenho certeza se me sentiria confortável chamando-o de resort.

¡¡¡No puedo esperar para regresar!!! La villa de un dormitorio fue increíble. Una chimenea en funcionamiento en el balcón y una ducha exterior adjunta al dormitorio... ¡Sí, por favor! Todo fue simplemente perfecto. La sala de estar era muy cómoda y la cocina y el comedor eran enormes. El baño tenía una bañera grande con chorros. Tubos calientes por la noche y piscinas sentadas durante el día. Además, los jardines son hermosos y geniales para caminar. Hay una tienda de comestibles cerca, perfecta para tomar bebidas verdes y desayunar. Excelente ubicación realmente no muy lejos de todas las actividades divertidas. Esta es una estancia obligada!!!

Este lugar tuvo excelentes críticas en Google, y tuvimos una experiencia decente cuando nos hospedamos. Diré que los empleados son súper amables, todos, pero me ofendió la "tarifa del resort". Calificaría este lugar con un "4" si no fuera por la tarifa del complejo.Me imaginé al menos algunas comodidades, siendo un centro turístico, en cambio, tenían un par de piscinas familiares y dos piscinas para adultos, un par de canchas de tenis y una sala de juegos para niños que toman cuartos ... sin máquina de cambio. Y, la recepción no daría cambio...Si está buscando comodidades, sería 100% mejor que se hospedara en el Best Western en el camino. Esta. Es. No. A. Resort. No tienen comida en el lugar, excepto por una triste máquina expendedora. Piense en esto como quedarse en el condominio de su amigo: está solo. Nadie te trae servicio a la habitación o jabón extra.Una vez más, el personal es muy agradable (especialmente los muchachos de mantenimiento) pero no estoy seguro de que me sentiría cómodo llamándolo un centro turístico.

This place had great reviews on Google, and we had a decent experience when we stayed. I will say that the employees are super friendly- everyone, but I was offended by the "resort fee." I would rate this place a "4" if it weren't for that resort fee. I imagined at least some amenities, being a resort, instead they had a couple of family pools, and two adult pools, a couple tennis courts and an arcade for kids that take quarters.....with no change machine. And, the front desk wouldn't make change.... If you're looking for amenities, you would 100% be better off staying at the Best Western down he way. This. Is. Not. A. Resort. They have no food on site, save for a sad vending machine. Think of this as staying at your buddy's condo - you're on your own. No one is bringing you room service or extra soap Again, the staff is super nice (especially the maintenance guys) but not sure I would feel comfortable calling it a resort.

Can't wait to go back!!! The one bedroom villa was amazing. A working fireplace in the balcony and an outside shower attached to the bedroom... Yes please!!!! Everything was simply perfect. Loving room was very comfortable and the kitchen and dining room was huge. Bathroom had a big tub with jets. Hot tubes at night and pools sitting the day. Also the grounds are beautiful and great to walk around. There is a grocery store near bye perfect to green drinks and breakfast. Great location really not far away from all the fun activities. This is a must stay!!!
