The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Checking in was an easy process. The room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities in the room was perfect. The gym was excellent for a hotel. I am satisfied. The location is not far from central London and there is a short walk from the underground station.

I was "guest of the day" apparently so I got upgraded to the sixth floor which was very welcome as a single female traveller, it was extremely quiet and the bed was super comfy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Mini bar wasn't stocked which seems to be quite common in central london now.
