I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W Kuala Lumpur hotel and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's central location near the Petronas Towers was perfect for me as it allowed easy access to all the major attractions. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and the spacious rooms had modern decor that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of options to choose from. But what really stood out to me was the friendliest staff that went above and beyond to make my stay truly luxurious. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed and made sure that my experience at the W was nothing short of perfect. I would say that it truly lived up to the W standards of luxury and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and luxurious stay in the heart of the city.

Very good accommodation amenities and a stunning view. We enjoy the interior design of the room because it is quite stylish and tastefully equipped. Excellent customer service from a staff that is warm and supportive. There is a large selection of high-quality Malaysian and continental meals at breakfast (pool and gym). Thanks for a wonderful experience! We'll surely return!

Everything from arriving at the lobby until the the moment we return back the card for checking out were marvelous. The staffs were all nice from the lobby breakfast area room service bump at lift area wet deck everywhere you went they all damn nice. We were very satisfied with all the services. I couldn’t ask for more. The view was very superb i am more than satisfied. Thank you for the great hospitality, W Hotel KL 💜

Honestly the single greatest hotel stay we think we will ever have!!! Every second detail was absolutely INCREDIBLE and we could not recommend this place more for a luxury stay in KL 🙌 The food was a real highlight - the buffet breakfast had so much choice and the coffee was also delicious! We had a meal at the Cantonese restaurant Yen and it was absolutely exceptional - the service was amazing and the food was out of this world. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Our room was perfect, with an amazing view of the Patronas towers and just all those little touches that made it feel like home. Of course the pool is also incredible and gives an amazing view of the towers too. We loved every second of our stay and hope to be back soon!!!! Thank you for such an incredible stay 🙌🥰

This hotel is where I recently stayed. The views of the twin towers are the best from the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and assist you with everything. A special thank you to Mike for his personal touch to providing excellent customer service. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options. All visitors must see the views from the pool desk.
