“Our stay was fabulous, as we felt we received the Royal treatment.
I do have to mention the gentleman (with glasses, don’t have his name, who worked this past Saturday and Sunday) at the temperature/wellness desk was phenomenal! He was polite, welcoming, listened to our needs and provided quick and efficient solutions to our inquiry! Super friendly and personable. He is such an asset!
Actually, the entire staff at the hotel from the concierge, check-in, pool and fitness staff, and room service were amazing.

“Great stay on the Gold Floor. 5/5 on service and snacks in the lounge. Ian, Monica, Ai and Dale were great. The 1 and 2 bedroom suites we had were well appointed and the restaurants on the property were outstanding. However, our stay was made most memorable by Hailey working the Blackcomb Gondola lift line who is employed by your rental and ski valet shop. My daughter lost her toe clip on her board somewhere in the large lineup. Hailey went up and down the line and found the missing clip and we were able to continue on with our day. Note also that she offered to run to the shop if we couldn’t find it. Given we’d waited nearly 2 hours in line and we were near the front, she arranged to have us wait to the side at the gate if need be. My daughter is 13 and of course was upset at the prospect of missing some runs in the early morning. Hailey saved the day. Please ensure she is recognized for her outstanding service.”
