A comida de ano novo é ruim! Buffet fraco. Mais de SEK 300 por nada. Devo dizer que trabalho em uma escola na cozinha e a comida que preparamos lá em dias normais é 10 vezes mais boa e melhor do que a que servimos hoje.

Bons quartos, mas muito frio no restaurante. E onde estava o cardápio infantil? Diz no site que existe, mas quando chegamos não havia ninguém no meio do dia, doente estranho se deveria ser um hotel familiar. Era só ir ao centro de Sollentuna, que fica bem ao lado, e comer lá. Havia um menu infantil, incluindo um livro de desenho e giz de cera, exatamente o que faltava no hotel. Caso contrário, nenhuma falha no próprio hotel.

Bom quarto. Mas teve que esperar muito tempo na recepção, pois era apenas uma equipe. Reservamos o relaxamento para 8 pessoas. Ele disse que seria no máximo 10 por vez. Pensamos muito por causa da corona. Mas tínhamos 18 anos no máximo. Então eu não entendo porque você precisou reservar.

Super nice staff que nos deu um serviço fantástico na véspera de Ano Novo. Infelizmente eles eram apenas dois no check-in, então tivemos que esperar 1h 15 min para fazer o check-in. Estava espremido na entrada tão perfeito para espalhar vírus. Várias crianças tossiram. Infelizmente, não é seguro para corona. Nunca esteve com o marido para o tempo de espera ao fazer o check-in em um hotel. O check-in digital era inútil porque você ainda teria que fazer fila para pegar as chaves do quarto. O café da manhã era bom, não o melhor que comemos, mas tudo estava lá e estava quente. Infelizmente, não voltaremos aqui, pois não apreciamos que os pobres funcionários tenham que se rasgar até a morte. Os quartos foram receptivos, então ouvimos quase tudo o que estava acontecendo no restaurante. Traga tampões de ouvido !! Ambientes agradáveis, as decorações de Natal foram inspiradoras!

The pictures in the booking look nice. Reality is a bit different. The room felt worn out. One of the drawers almost came loose. One of the coffee cups was dirty. On the breakfast buffet there was hair in the butter. Otherwise it was ok. The showers in the spa area smell moldy. If I would have a choice in this area I would choose another hotel next time. This is not a four star hotel. Check in and check out was friendly though.

Basic accommodation with friendly staff, rooms cramped and heating system outdated making rooms cold. Housekeeping only clean the room if you request service other wise no fresh towels or amenities! Bar and restaurant close at 10pm! Not highly recommended

Nice rooms, great location, close to the mall overall a comfy stay. Slightly broken down rooms (the light swith fell off). Small TV as well but otherwise very satisfied.

Habitaciones pequeñas pero prácticas y limpias. Tal vez mejoraría la ventilación, al ser tan pequeña hacia mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado (solo central) ni abren las ventanas. Solo había un juego de toallas y eramos dos personas.

Great venue, friendly staff especially the restaurant. Enjoyed the tasty food and great service. Really really close to the Sollentuna station and the shopping mall. Only one issue with my stay... They wouldn't give me a bath mat. I asked, and got one half way through, then they took it away. I even jokingly offered to pay for one. Then on my last night I got two bath mats. Result!

Adequate accommodation in a quiet suburb in Stockholm. It is located right near a small shopping centre with decent food options as well as an ICA grocery store. The hotel is also very close to a commuter rail stop and a fairly big bus terminal. The facilities in the hotel are ok. The rooms are comfortable but sparse. The gym is enough to build up a decent sweat.

Buen servicio, buffet excelente, limpio, tranquilo. A dos minutos de la estación del tren. Hay un centro comercial cruzando la plaza. Muy recomendable. 20 minutos en tren a estocolmo y mas o menos igual a Arlanda.
