Muito bem localizado (estação de autocarros em frente, Mercadona a poucos metros, próximo do comércio tradicional e bons restaurantes, próximo do rio e de fácil acesso aos principais monumentos) e muito acessível aos hóspedes. Na época do calor optar por um hotel em Sevilha como o NH permite aos seus hóspedes ter acesso a determinados padrões de qualidade. Limpeza dos quartos. Fornecimento de toalhas na piscina localizada no último piso com vistas soberbas sobre a cidade. Pequeno-almoço equivalente a um hotel de 5 estrelas. Wifi gratuito em todo o hotel. Possibilidade do hotel guardar as malas depois do check-out e acima de tudo o ar-condicionado funcionar na perfeição em todas as áreas. Único contra, nem todo o staff prima pela simpatia, no entanto se voltar a Sevilha certamente ficarei outra vez neste hotel como irei também recomendá-lo.

Felicidades a todo el componente humano de este magnífico hotel. Sin duda todo un acierto cada vez que nos hemos alojado. Céntrico, cómodo y con una cama de ensueño. Hotel grande y bullicioso en una buena ubicación cerca del centro histórico de Sevilla. El personal poco servicial. Precios muy elevados sobre todo en fin de semana hacen que la relación calidad-precio no sea atractiva.

The hotel makes a nice first impression (entrance, lobby, etc.)! The location is great as well! You got lots of nice restaurants close by and can walk easily into the old city. There is a nice bar across the street (Gallega), they serve amazing croquettes!But there are some things that I would suggest that could be done better.If you value a good sleep, I’d suggest you request a room directed towards the street and not the highway (otherwise the sirens and cars can be easily heard at night :(.) Also, the sun goes up in that direction which is nice too I think :-). Some car sounds or chatter from the streets can still be heard, so I was asking myself why there wasn’t a better sound isolation.What I don’t really understand is why the windows are not cleaned. This should really be a standard for a 4-star hotel and it’s quite a shame if you have this amazing view of the city (or the Guadalquivir to the other side), and can’t fully enjoy.The beds are quite hard (which some people might like, others not - probably a question of taste). We ended up changing the room (thank you to the reception for the quick and friendly handling!). We didn’t receive the requested topper but got creative and used a blanket we found in our cabinet).The rooms as a whole are okay and quite comfortable, I just personally think it’s nicer if the bathroom has an own window (probably also my taste..). Cleaning was top notch! Excellent shower and amenities, all good. Sound Isolation wasn’t optimal, we could hear other people at times.The view from the roof terrace is amazing - Guadalquivir on one side, city scape from the other. Only the pool area is a little worn down unfortunately. The pool was a little bit dirty (which I don’t mind too much), while it has a nice depth and I like the (fake) grass which is soft and prevents slipping! But the placement of the (very noisy) ventilation shafts - literally above the sunbeads - seems a little bit unhygienic. If you want to lay in the shade, you’re under the fan. I think it would be nice to organize some parasols for the guests. Also there are nice showers to refresh.On the other hand, the breakfast was REMARKABLE, literally NO wish is left unfulfilled - congratulations to the chefs or whomever for creating this balanced and delicious buffet. Fresh pain au chocolat, fresh orange juice everyday, creative smoothies, I could go on and on…So all in all a nice and solid hotel but needs improvement for a room that costs 200€+ per night (it was semana Santa but still…). Very nice staff.

As expected, the NH collection hotel chain is meeting the customers demands. I like the rooftop pool and the nice terrace with view on the river. The olt city center can be reached by a 8min walk. Overall, a not highly exciting place but anyhow recommended for the stay in Seville. Btw... the breakfast ist just great!

Clean, well maintained and conveniently located - overall okay experience. The rooftop terrace is good, it's unfortunate that it's above a noisy motorway which negatively affects the relaxed vibe. Luckily it was too cold for us to use. However, the views are great, just look above the road :) and sunsets are very lovely. The bus terminal for the airport shuttle is conveniently located just across the street and there's a large supermarket just outside the hotel which is convenient for your usual supplies. House keeping was excellent except they didn't refill the hand soap at the sink. The shower screen was defective and caused water to pool on the floor and soak the bath mat every time the shower was used. Otherwise everything was good. Will probably try another hotel next time.

My wife and I stayed two nights. The location is okay and they have contact with a nearby parking garage, so you could park car for a cheaper price. But that's about all the positive things I've got to say. First of all, it seems that their wall is as thin as a scrap board. We could hear all the noises from the room next to us - TV, shower, talking, even the sound of plugging the power socket. We couldn't sleep at all and often woke up middle of the night. (and I'm a VERY sound sleeper). Also cleaning could improve,,I was very surprised when the decorative fence? table?(Parellel to the buffet, and right next to our table) in the restaurant where they serve breakfast, was packed with gray dust balls. Definitely lost appetite after seeing that.. Lastly, staffs were somewhat unfriendly, I did not feel welcomed. And one staff was really unprofessional and rude! At the checkout, the staff did not inform us that in order to receive a discount in the parking garage, you have to submit the ticket to the parking garage office. I had to re-park, go back to the hotel, and ask the same staff, and when she finally tells me, in a very rude and unapologetic manner (she really did not say any apology) If I go back to Seville, I would stay in another hotel beside NH. Staying in this hotel is the one regret I have had during my vacation to Seville.

He ido por trabajo, y me ha sorprendido para mal. Al llegar a la habitación, el baño sucio (no voy a dar detalles). Llamo a recepción, y en ningún momento me ofrecen cambiar de habitación, mandan a alguien a limpiarlo y listo. La cerradura no abre hasta la tercera o cuarta vez que meto la tarjeta…. Para un hotel de esta cadena, el servicio ha dejado mucho que desear.

Las instalaciones muy aceptables, la ubicación inmejorable, lo que no me convence es que para entrar a desayunar te piden el pasaporte Covid y luego permiten a ciertos clientes retirar los alimentos del los estantes sin mascarilla, al igual que a las cuatro de la tarde la habitación no esté hecha. También reseñar que la ubicación de la caja fuerte podría estar en un están un poco más alta y no a ras de suelo, también nos hospedamos personas mayores... Saludos.

La estancia en el hotel fenomenal. Habitación y limpieza un 10. Disponibilidad del personal en todo momento para cualquier duda. Terraza con unas de las mejores vistas de Sevilla. Parking público justo debajo, y sino normalmente en el exterior se encuentra sitio. Ubicación genial para ir a los sitios principales. En definitiva, mi pareja y yo hemos estado como en casa.

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones amplias.El servicio excelente.Tuvimos una noche en vela gracias a los huéspedes del lado que no paraban de hacer ruido apesar de que los encargados del hotel hicieron lo posible por solucionarlo nos ofrecieron otrahabitación y a la mañana siguiente nos invitaron al desayuno. Me pareció una gran atención por parte de todo el personal del hotel y muy involucrados en solucionar el problema. Volveré seguro. Gracias por la atención.

O check-in foi péssimo Não forneceram informações nenhumas relativas ao hotel desde horários de piscina, pequeno almoço. Nó site de reserva dizem terem estacionamento para carro/mota o que na realidade não é verdade pois o parque é público e só no check-out é que somos informados que temos de pagar 16€ por dia. O quarto que me foi atribuído não estava sequer numerado tive que colocar uma cadeira a porta para saber qual era o meu quarto e não andar a tentar abrir a porta de outros quartos. Na primeira noite fui acordado bem cedo com obras/perfurações no quarto do lado. O pequeno almoço a meu ver é demasiado caro 16€ por pessoa quando em frente ao hotel se consegue um excelente pequeno almoço por 6€/pessoa. Os quartos standart são muito pequenos sendo mesmo difícil se movimentar dentro deste. No que diz respeito à limpeza também deveriam ter. Mais atenção. Recomendo o rooftop que de facto tem uma vista incrível com funcionários simpáticos estes. A piscina é fantástica. Esteticamente e localização o hotel é muito bom.

Excelente ubicación! Hotel precioso, limpio y muy bien cuidado. Instalaciones estupendas con una terraza con piscina en la azotea de cine y con vistas maravillosas. El desayuno muy rico. Mal trato, poca higiene en el comedor y ruido de motores quete impidendescansar. Nuestra experiencia comenzó cuando llegamos, porque a la señora que hay en recepción (Alejandra) le debimos de caer mal desde quenos vio entrar por la puerta ya que nos trató de una forma muydescortés y se esmeró en darnos una de las habitaciones de la planta cuarta donde luego hemos descubierto por nosotros mismos y por comentarios de otrosclientesde que allí es imposible pegar ojo en toda la noche, por los molestos ruidos de motores que provienen sabe Dios de dónde. Aunque cuando lo comentamos en recepción tuvieran la desfachatez de decirnos que nadie se había quejado nunca. Por otro lado informar que en el comedor donde dan los desayunos no existen instrumentos que garanticen la higiene y seguridad de los clientes. El desayuno tipo bufet sigue funcionando como si no hubiera pandemia,no hay guantes de plástico, o hidrogel, o pinzas desechables,cosas que sí puedes encontrar en otros hoteles de tarifa similares. Ya se lo dijimos a la señora Alejandra, allí no volvemos y nos lo pensaremos antes de volver a ningún NH.

The hotel is conveniently located in Plaza de Armas, which is 10 to 15 minutes walking to several attractions. The rooms have a modern look and offer decent space. We stayed three nights on late December. The only issues that we have are that the air conditioning is set to heat only on the winter months. Sevilla does not get as much cold temperatures like some cities that are farther north. We had to open a window at night so that the room would be cold enough , the issue with doing this was that our room was facing the street and the noise keep us up all night. Be sure to request a room that is not facing the street if you come in winter time.

Un trato magnífico, habitaciones amplias con bañera y bidé o con ducha sin bidé? Mini bar, espejo de aumento y ropa de cama de algodón blanco, diferentes tipos de almohadas. El desayuno extraordinario echamos en falta frutos secod.Parking compartido con Mercadona.

An invitation from NH rewards didn't follow the usual steps and suddenly a non-refundable stay was booked. At the hotel I was asked if I wanted a bathtub, which turned out to be so short, my 5'2" frame barely fit. The room was very small, the beds were hard as rocks, and the barn door on the toilet was loud and didn't close properly. There was nowhere to hang clothing in the bathroom. The breakfast was so-so but the dining personnel were exceptionally good. The room was so bad we left 2 days early. The front desk staff was so disinterested (or used to it) that they didn't bother to ask how I enjoyed the stay or why I was leaving early. The location is a bit out of the way for people who want to see Sevilla on foot. BTW Tablafina, the restaurant in the lobby, was sorely disappointing and the staff wore their masks loosely and below their noses or on their chins while they hovered over us at the table. Requests to comply with the law were met coldly for only a few seconds.

The hotel is nice and the bedrooms are comfortable but the pool on the rooftop wasn't heated so in November it's not usable at all, it's super cold. And we never saw the bar on the rooftop open. We chose it for the pool and were really disappointed. For that level of price you can get a more city center hotel without a pool.

La cama, la refrigeración, y la televisión bien, también el silencio. Lo que no me parece bien es la caja fuerte que está dentro del armario pero muy baja e incómodo, también los toalleros que están muy adentro y con poco espacio para coger las toallas y la falta de bidé. Está bastante céntrico. El desayuno buffet un poco justo y repetitivo. Podría mejorar. La atención del personal correcta.

Desde el día 28 de octubre de 2021y hasta el día 4 de noviembre, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Desde el servicio de restauración tanto cocineros, son geniales y te hacen disfrutar de la cena así como Verónica, Emilio, Sebe, Yolanda y Beatriz (Tablafina) te hacen sentir muy agusto y en familia. También el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones un personal muy amable y sobretodo se nota la limpieza y disponibilidad con el cliente. En una palabra totalmente recomendable este hotel buenas habitaciones sólo tienen un pero, le faltaría un agarrador o un banquito en el baño para poder sujetarse. Por lo demás mi mujer y yo les damos un 15 por el personaltan cercano y amable. Cuidenlos tienen oro.

Visitamos el hotel durante 3 noches este verano y nos sorprendióque las hamacas de la piscina estuvieran tan estropeadas y que los huéspedes tuvieran que echarse en el suelo por no haber suficiente cantidad. Por no decir que sólo habían 2 sombrillas para protegerte del sol y la falta de desinfección de la zona. En cuanto al buffet en el desayuno algo escaso y con colas que nos perjudicó en que ya no reponían más por quedar 20’ para el cierre. La publicidad que daban en las pantallas no correspondía con el desayuno. Otro punto negativo, es el gimnasio y el mal uso de los clientes de la mascarilla ya que en varias ocasiones tuvimos que interrumpir el entrenamiento porque no hacían uso de ellas y la ventilación es nula ( en recepción estaban avisados). Destacar la ubicación a 3’ de la estación de bus y el trato del personal.

Todo es cómodo y funcional. El hotel está bien situado y cerca de todo a pie. Tiene aparcamiento debajo y las instalaciones son buenas. El desayuno, la piscina, zona de estar, todo es adecuado y correcto. El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar y dar indicaciones le da un valor especial a la estancia.

Péssimo atendimento da parte do recepcionista. 1o quarto: sujo, lixo no chão, pó e cabelos dentro dos armários, champô usado. 2o quarto (troca de quarto): basicamente as mesmas condições, dois elásticos de cabelo(só vi de manhã) e lixo no chão. O quarto standard é pequeno, super claustrofóbico, janela só abre (pouco) na vertical ( torna o espaço mais claustrofóbico). Péssima experiência, principalmente tendo em conta a categoria e marca do hotel bem como o preço: 118€/1noite com estacionamento incluindo, fora do hotel. Seguramente não voltaremos.

A good value 4 star large hotel. Pluses: very good restaurant, friendly, responsive staff, moderately priced, good AC system, parking available, pet friendly, 24 hour reception, centrally located. Minuses: Hotel on a “colorful” street actress from main bus depot; not dangerous, but not pretty. Rooms fairly basic, one English speaking channel which is a French news station. No phone service, no room service, no Ice machines.

Excelente Hotel para uma estadia em Sevilha. Não muito longe do centro, com parking coberto (pago) por perto e quartos espaçosos. Todo o hotel é muito bem decorado e no último andar temos um cocktail bar e uma (mini) piscina. O pequeno almoço também é bastante bom.

Very ideal for location. The hotel atmosphere was very nice, good pool area, and decent breakfast. Overall a clean place and friendly staff. Beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, the rooms do not cool down well, and wifi is pretty slow.

Good value. Clean rooms. Friendly service. Away from the touristy old town centre but convenient by bus to get around. The positive is that it's quiet at night for you to sleep well. Highly recommended.
