Se você vai ficar em algum lugar perto de BWI, então este é o lugar. Limpo, funcionários simpáticos e mais modernos do que os outros hotéis locais. Café-da-manhã de cortesia, próximo ao shopping/jantar e apenas uma estadia agradável em Fairfield.

Si vas a quedarte en algún lugar cerca de BWI, entonces este es el lugar. Limpio, personal amable y más moderno que los otros hoteles locales. Desayuno de cortesía, cerca de tiendas/cenas y solo una agradable estadía en Fairfield en general.

If you're going to stay somewhere close to BWI then this is the place. Clean, friendly staff and more modern than the other local hotels. Complimentary breakfast, close to shopping/dinner and just an overall pleasant Fairfield stay.

Muito bom hotel bem conservado. A única reclamação é a mesma de outros comentários sobre a falta de varredura da porta na porta do chuveiro. Tinha um lago no chão após o banho devido a esta vedação não estar no lugar.

Muy bonito hotel bien cuidado. La única queja es la misma que otras reseñas sobre la falta de barrido de la puerta de la ducha. Tenía un lago en el piso después de la ducha debido a que este sello no estaba en su lugar.

Very nice well kept hotel. Only complaint is same as other reviews about lack of door sweep on shower door. Had a lake on the floor after showering due to this seal not being in place.

O quarto estava ok - um pouco mofado e uma garrafa de água usada estava no balcão, então não tenho certeza sobre a limpeza. A recepção foi rude. Reservamos um traslado das 5 da manhã para o aeroporto e às 5 foi informado que eles estavam atrasados. Sem desculpas e ela ficou irritada como se não fosse grande coisa. Obviamente, se você acorda com as crianças e está indo para o aeroporto às 5 da manhã, não quer ficar sentado esperando um ônibus atrasado. Há muitos hotéis nas proximidades, então não tenho certeza se ficaria novamente.

La habitación estaba bien, un poco de humedad y una botella de agua usada estaba en el mostrador, así que no estoy seguro de la limpieza. La recepción fue grosera. Reservamos un servicio de transporte al aeropuerto a las 5 a.m. y a las 5 nos dijeron que llegarían tarde. Sin disculpas y ella estaba molesta como si no fuera gran cosa. Obviamente, si te despiertas con niños y te diriges al aeropuerto a las 5 a. m., no querrás quedarte sentado esperando un servicio de transporte tardío. Hay muchos hoteles en los alrededores, así que no estoy seguro de que me quede de nuevo.

The room was ok- a little musty and a used water bottle was on the counter so I’m not sure about the cleanliness. The front desk was rude. We reserved a 5 am shuttle to the airport and at 5 was told they were running late. No apologies and she was annoyed like it’s no big deal. Obviously if you wake up with kids and are heading to the airport at 5 am, you don’t want to sit around waiting for a late shuttle. There are a lot of hotels in the vicinity so I’m not sure I’d stay again.

Apenas ok para ficar. hospedado aqui com um casamento grupo. Muitos dos quartos tinham itens quebrados. Uma cama quebrada. Uma torneira quebrada. Chuveiros vazavam por todo o chão em vários dos quartos do nosso grupo. Para nomear alguns. Manutenção terrível. A recepção nunca atendeu o telefone! Jogue os dados neste lugar .....

Está bien para quedarse. Me alojé aquí con un grupo de bodas. Muchas de las habitaciones tenían artículos rotos. Una cama rota. Un grifo roto. Las duchas goteaban por todo el piso en varias de las habitaciones de nuestro grupo. Para nombrar unos pocos. Terrible mantenimiento. ¡La recepción nunca contestó el teléfono! Tira los dados en este lugar.....

Just ok to stay. Stayed here with a wedding group. A lot of the rooms had broken items. A broken bed. A broke faucet. Showers leaked all over the floor in several of our party's rooms. To name a few. Terrible maintenance. Reception never answered the phone! Roll the dice on this place.....

O serviço de recepção foi incrivelmente rude. Estávamos viajando com 2 crianças pequenas e deveria ter um quarto que tinha um quarto separado.Eu quando chegamos ao quarto tinha 2 camas queen size. Liguei para a recepção e ele disse que não sabia nada sobre um quarto diferente. Dei-lhe o número da pessoa nas reservas e ele simplesmente desligou.Liguei para reservas e eles ligaram para a recepção. Eles disseram volte para a recepção e eles vão mudar seus quartos.Fui até a recepção e a pessoa começou a discutir comigo.Péssimo serviço. Hotel está bem. Nada especial. Com esse tipo de serviço, sugiro fortemente ficar em outro lugar.

El servicio de recepción fue increíblemente grosero. Viajábamos con 2 niños pequeños y se suponía que teníamos una habitación que tenía un dormitorio separado.Cuando llegamos a la habitación tenía 2 camas queen. Llamé a la recepción y me dijo que no sabía nada sobre una habitación diferente. Le di el número de la persona de reservas y colgó.Llamé a reservas y llamaron a la recepción. Dijeron que vuelvas a la recepción y te cambiarán las habitaciones.Fui a la recepción y la persona comenzó a discutir conmigo.Terrible servicio. El hotel está bien. Nada especial. Con ese tipo de servicio recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en otro lugar.

Front desk service was incredibly rude. We were traveling with 2 small children and supposed to have a room that had a seperate bedroom. I when we got to the room it had 2 queen beds. I called the front desk and he said he didn’t know anything about a different room. I gave him the number for the person at reservations and he just hung up. I called reservations back and they called the front desk. They said go back down to the front desk and they will change your rooms. I went to the front desk and the person started arguing with me. Aweful service. Hotel is fine. Nothing special. With that type of service I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

Nós estivemos aqui na semana passada por uma noite antes de um vôo. Check-in foi bom e quarto estava limpo, mas é melhor que o Marriott faça inspeções mais precisas de suas propriedades. A porta do chuveiro não fechou completamente e tinha uma lacuna na parte inferior. O chão ficava inundado toda vez que você tomava banho. Fui até a recepção e contei o problema. Não se ofereceu para nos mudar para outro quarto, mas eles me deram toalhas para colocar no chão. Nada como sair do chuveiro e ficar em pé sobre toalhas molhadas. Isso é inaceitável para uma propriedade Marriott. É melhor que eles estejam pegando a bola e consertando problemas como esse antes que alguém caia, se machuque e seja processado por negligência. Eu sou um membro do Rewards e adoro ficar em propriedades Marriott .. infelizmente esta estadia não foi muito agradável.

We stayed here last week for one night before a flight. Check in was good and room was clean but Marriott better be doing closer inspections of their properties. Shower door did not close completely and had a gap at the bottom. The floor flooded every time you took a shower. I went to the front desk and told them about the problem. Didn't offer to move us to another room but they gave me towels to put on the floor. Nothing like getting out of the shower and standing on soaking wet towels. This is unacceptable for a Marriott property. They better be getting on the ball and fixing problems like this before someone falls, injures themselves and sues for negligence. I am a rewards member and love staying at Marriott properties.. unfortunately this stay was not too enjoyable.
