Ficar aqui para uma conferência no centro de convenções e isso é o bom e o ruim, com certeza. No lado positivo, parecia que havia um esforço para manter as coisas limpas e tão mantidas quanto possível, mas este edifício mostrou sua idade em muitos lugares. Todas as portas dos quartos eram de metal e batiam ruidosamente constantemente. As paredes eram super finas e você podia ouvir as pessoas em todos os quartos adjacentes e especialmente no hall. O nosso quarto estranhamente também tinha 2 frigoríficos. Um frigorífico normal de hotel e, em seguida, um frigorífico de vinho talvez 20 garrafas. No geral, o espaço, incluindo a cama, era confortável, mas não era minha estadia favorita. Fui para um jantar tardio uma noite no bar, que inicialmente estava muito calmo, apenas para ser invadido por uma multidão barulhenta que estava tendo uma conferência no hotel. Eu rapidamente terminei minha comida e saí. E finalmente para a parte mais estranha deste hotel. Se você empurrasse vários andares no elevador uma vez que as portas se abrissem na primeira parada, todos os outros andares selecionados seriam liberados, então você teria que continuar apertando os botões para subir. Provavelmente não voltaria a este hotel para viagens de lazer.

Staying here for a conference at the convention center and this is the good and the bad for sure. On the upside it seemed like there was an effort made to keep things clean and as maintained as possible but this building showed its age in many places. All of the room doors were metal and slammed loudly constantly. The walls were super thin and you could hear people in all the adjoining rooms and especially the hall. Our room strangely also had 2 fridges. A normal hotel fridge and then a maybe 20 bottle wine fridge. Overall the space including the bed was comfortable but not my favorite stay. Went for a late dinner one night at the bar which was initially very quiet only to be overrun by a rowdy crowd who was having a conference in the hotel. I quickly finished my food and left. And finally for the oddest part of this hotel. If you pushed multiple floors on the elevator once the doors opened on the first stop all of the other floors selected would be cleared so you had to keep pushing the buttons to go up. Probably wouldn't go back to this hotel for leisure travel.

Hotel lindo! Estacionamento com manobrista excelente! Os caras que estacionaram meu carro foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Cama extremamente confortável! As paredes do banheiro foram danificadas (ver fotos). O layout do quarto era bom. Estacionamento adicional para quem não queria pagar o manobrista de US $ 30 era confuso. Porque havia vários estacionamentos nas proximidades e o que você não podia usar o outro ficava no subsolo abaixo do enorme prédio da UPMC. Localização foi ótima. Tenho que escolher meu andar e quarto e a vista era linda durante o dia e a noite. Hotel cheirava a biscoitos, mas não havia nenhum. Ficaria lá novamente! Sem queixas muito ruins.

Excelente localização a uma curta distância de muitas atrações turísticas, bons restaurantes e do centro de convenções. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e sempre atendem prontamente. Os quartos são um pouco datados, em geral. Isso é provavelmente comum com muitos dos outros hotéis do centro que estão localizados em edifícios históricos.Eu tinha vista para a cidade, quarto em andar alto, mas as janelas eram extremamente sujas, obscurecendo completamente a vista. A cama era confortável com roupa de cama limpa e fresca. Uma grande TV com cabo estendido, geladeira, cafeteira, ferro e todas as outras características do quarto standard estavam disponíveis. O banheiro era muito pequeno, sem espaço na bancada ao redor da pia e o vaso sanitário sendo apertado perto de uma parede. A academia e a área da piscina são bem conservadas, e há um restaurante muito bom no local, que também fica aberto até as 22h. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável para uma viagem de trabalho solo.

We booked her because of it’s proximity to the stadium and restaurants. The restaurant on-site was great as was the service. Our room was clean and well-equipped. The only “issue” we had is that we traveled in a pickup truck and their parking garage was too low to accommodate our vehicle. We had to park about 10 minutes away and walk back with our things in the rain as a result. So, just keep the height of your vehicle in mind.

It would have been nice to open one of the many windows in our suite if only an inch to get fresh air..and our neighbors in the room next to us were screaming at each other late at night and in the morning. Not the hotels fault though. Other than that it was clean and the bed was really comfortable!

Hotel beautiful! Valet parking excellent! The guys who parked my car was very nice and helpful. Bed extremely comfortable! Bathroom walls were damaged (see photos). Room layout was nice. Additional parking for those who didn’t want to pay the $30 valet was confusing. Because there were multiple parking garages nearby and the one you couldn’t use the other was underground below the huge UPMC building. Location was great. Got to pick my floor and room and the view was beautiful during the day and night. Hotel smelt like cookies but there were none. Would stay there again! No really bad complaints.

Superb location within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, fine restaurants and the convention center. The staff are very courteous and always offer prompt service. The rooms are a little dated, in general. That is probably common with a lot of the other downtown hotels that are located in historic buildings. I had a city view, high floor room, but the windows were extremely unclean, thus completely obscuring the view. The bed was comfortable with fresh, clean linen. A large TV with extended cable, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and all other standard room features were available. The bathroom was really tiny, with no counter space around the sink and the toilet being cramped up near a wall. The gym and pool area are well maintained, and there's a very good restaurant on-site, that also stays open until 10PM. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for a solo work trip.

Eu fiquei aqui 4 vezes e adoro! A localização é fantástica, o restaurante não é tão bom quanto costumava ser, mas se você pedir um hambúrguer, tudo bem 😊Os quartos definitivamente precisam de alguma manutenção. Banheiros agitados e pias entupidas são bastante comuns aqui.Mas no geral, especialmente nos dias de hoje, é um ótimo hotel e uma equipe maravilhosa. Especialmente Alley (Ailey?) na recepção! Ela nos cumprimentou com um sorriso, biscoitos quentes e uma promessa de tornar a nossa estadia agradável. Dê um aumento a essa jovem, Hilton! Ela realmente entende de serviço personalizado... uma arte moribunda 🙌

No geral, uma boa experiência. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos, incluindo recepção, restaurante e manobristas. Falando do restaurante, a comida é excelente e com preços bastante razoáveis. Não é um menu enorme, mas eles parecem bons no que fazem. Minha suíte era boa, quase do tamanho de um apartamento. A geladeira era pequena - quase inútil, e o quarto mostra um pouco de desgaste, mas não é horrível. Concordo com os outros - a pressão da água do chuveiro é ótima! A academia também é legal! Os elevadores parecem um pouco duvidosos, então cuidado com isso. Localização é de primeira qualidade, com muitos a uma curta distância. No geral eu recomendo.

I've stayed here 4 times and love it! The location is fantastic, the restaurant isn't as good as it used to be but if you order a burger you'll be fine 😊Rooms definitely need some maintenance. Fussy toilets and clogged sinks are pretty standard here.But overall, especially these days, it's a great hotel and wonderful staff. Especially Alley (Ailey?) at the front desk! She greeted us with a smile, warm cookies, and a promise to make our stay a pleasant one. Give that young woman a raise,Hilton! She really understands custom service...a dying art 🙌

Overall a good experience. Staff have been nice and helpful all around, including front desk, restaurant, and valets. Speaking of the restaurant, the food is excellent and fairly reasonably priced. Not a huge menu but they seem good at what they do. My suite was nice, almost the size of an apartment. Fridge was tiny - almost useless, and room shows a bit of wear, but isn’t awful. I agree with others - the shower water pressure is great! The gym is nice too! The elevators seem a bit iffy, so beware of that. Location is top notch, with lots in walking distance. Overall I’d recommend it.

Fiquei no 16º andar, longe dos elevadores. Quarto cheirava bem e estava limpo. Tinha uma vista decente, as paredes eram um pouco finas. Quarto muito espaçoso com uma geladeira de vinhos que eu amei, mas gostaria que o quarto tivesse um freezer. Eu também gostaria que houvesse melhores variedades de chás e café no quarto. O banheiro era pequeno e eu odiava a pia do pedestal. A pressão da água no chuveiro era divina, eu poderia ficar embaixo dela por horas. Eu não era um fã de como o quarto foi configurado. Eu gosto da cama sendo dobrada no canto, não bem perto da porta. Dessa forma, há mais privacidade quando/se a porta estiver aberta. As toalhas não eram as mais macias, mas fizeram o trabalho. Amo amo amei a academia!!! Muito o que fazer, muito limpo, muitos equipamentos.

If you need your car or anything from it it’s controlled off of your phone. They offer fresh warm, DELICIOUS cookies when you check in. Stayed on the 16th floor away from elevators. Room smelled great and was clean. Had a decent view, walls were a little thin. Very spacious room with a wine fridge which I loved but wish room had a freezer. I also wish there were better assortments of teas & coffee in the room. Bathroom was small and I hated the pedestal sink. The water pressure in the shower was heavenly, I could’ve stood under it for hours. I was not a fan of how the room was set up. I like the bed being tucked around corner not right by the door. That way there’s more privacy when/If door was open. Towels weren’t the softest but got the job done. Love love loved the gym!!! Lots to do, very clean, plenty of equipment.

The valet parking guys were phenomenal!! The coffee pot had about 12 layers of dust on it. I don't believe the wooden furniture had been cleaned, and the bathtub did not drain. During showers, we had to turn the water off every couple of seconds and wait on the filled tub to drain...

Nothing Hotel and room was not clean. Wall and floor were dirty. There was even a used Kleenex still in our room. Hotel is in bad need of an update, but should be cleaned properly until then. We stayed in three, 3.5 star hotels in three days and this is a 2 star

The in room breakfast option was an awesome gesture. Just to early for my mornings. If I had stayed more than one night I would have definitely opted in for it. I usually disinfect most things in the room but I had to scrub the toilet seat more than anything else.

Location was excellent, staff was very helpful even with the hotel being super busy for an event. They did not have the room i originally booked but offered me a bedroom suite with a pull out couch no extra charge. The room had a pull out couch, but i did not find any linen, blankets or pillows provided for it in the room. I probably could have called and asked but it was late at night when i realized this and needed to get to rest.

Paid $41 to park across street. Valet sold out within 1.5 hours of Check-in time!! NOT at all happy about this long walk to parking garage and elevators etc. NO refrigerator in room like expected. Directions took us to Bigelow ST and NOT Bigelow Sq!

The room was nice, but only had double beds. Pool and exercise room were good. You had to purchase 3 nights without knowing all the details. It came with no breakfast at all and we had to call in order to get clean towels. No one came in and straightened the room either of the 2 days.

Warm cookie at check in The door lock battery died after our first use of room key. Went downstairs to verify keys, back up and they still did not work. Called desk, and maintenance took 10-15 minutes to arrive. His battery charger was dead, so he took 10 min to get another.
