“This is our second time staying at the property for 7 days and it was absolutely amazing. We choose to return because of their flexible pet policy and they’re welcomed, not tolerated.The accommodations and amenities are amazing, beautiful, and well taken care of. They’ve got almost anything you’d want to do at the beach and then some.The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with plenty of seating options. We typically stay in an ocean front room with a gorgeous view over the main beach.They’ve got two restaurants and an awesome tiki bar on the beach! Only gripe is that they basically all serve the same thing, so the only thing you change is the scene- we could only eat there for the first two days before needing something new... but you’re surrounded by great restaurants here!The two beaches here are beautiful each offering a different scene and stunning sunsets. Hammock Beach is quiet surrounded by trees with nooks of nestled hammocks and lounge chairs. Coconut Beach is the main beach with tons of seating, snacks, and drink options.Social distancing: I think they do a decent job here- nothing was super crowded. Sanitizing stations were clearly placed around the property and all staff wore masks.”

“Great kids programs and recreational facilities but suffers from a severe noise problem in the rooms.We were woken one evening by the neighbors above us having an argument of which we could hear every word through the thin walls and doors of this hotel.The kids programs are fantastic and the pools jacuzzi and beaches are all top notch.Great location and you are nearby many fantastic restaurants.A note about covid at this hotel: almost nobody wears masks other than the staff.However, nearly everything is outside, including the walkways to the hotel guest rooms.Breakfast is very good but perhaps overpriced. As gold or diamond members you get a $38 credit per room per night, which is essentially the value of two continental breakfasts.”
