“This hotel is convenient and pretty to look at but the service is absolutely atrocious. With the exception of Angela, who was the point of contact for our wedding hotel room block. All other hotel staff were terrible. The front desk woman had no problem requesting a drink as we went to Starbucks but then continued to remind us time and time again how understaffed they were and how stressed she was. It is NOT the guests fault that the hotel only has 2, that’s right 2 bell carts to transfer luggage to and from the rooms and parking garages. The front desk lady chased us down multiple times to remind us how stressed she was and how we were “hogging” the carts as we were checking out at 11 am. Our wedding went off without a hitch at vault 634 the worst part of the whole experience was the Renaissance hotel. I don’t normally leave poor reviews for places but this called for a review that truly captured the chaos the front desk staff at this hotel caused. I will NEVER stay here again due to their staffing. And lack of courtesy shown at this hotel. They should be embarrassed”
