“We had an incredible stay at the resort! The customer service was extraordinary and the environment was immaculate. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready when we arrived due to holiday travel, but the staff member at check-in, Amaya, was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect room, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay after such a long journey and the best possible experience from the resort. James at the front desk was also incredibly helpful in the morning to answer my questions.”
