Review is not of the hotel,but of the Shore house restaurant - dear Management ,do you think it is normal that on Friday at lunch time there is only ONE cook preparing the dishes?you come to relax and enjoy food,but not to keep listening to people shouting at poor waiters (it's not their fault at all) because they have to wait for minimum of 40 mins to have food served. For the price you charge per night I can't believe I am writing such a review

Eu e minha esposa decidimos ter alguns dias de folga para os filhos e mudar o ambiente para algo romântico e ao mesmo tempo privado. Decidimos experimentar o The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, na praia de Al Hamra. No geral foi uma experiência incrível, encontramos o lugar perfeito para fugir do agitado Dubai e dedicar cada minuto a nós mesmos. Sobre o resort: bela natureza, praia wite, eu diria que onde nas Maldivas não emirados. As vilas são espaçosas e o jardim privado é um pequeno paraíso na terra (veja as fotos). Há apenas um restaurante, não uma grande escolha, mas a comida é incrível! A única coisa que me desiludiu foi o serviço do restaurante. Só dois caras de todos eles são muito bons com o resto eu tive dificuldade em entender um ao outro. No geral, eu recomendaria este lugar para uma família ou férias românticas!

Es una experiencia increíble tenerlo como su propio jefe.

Mi esposa y yo decidimos tener unos días libres con los niños y cambiar el ambiente por algo romántico y al mismo tiempo privado. Decidimos probar The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. En general, fue una experiencia increíble, encontramos el lugar perfecto para evadir el ajetreado Dubai y dedicar cada minuto a nosotros mismos. Acerca del complejo: hermosa naturaleza, playa blanca, yo diría que estábamos en Maldivas, no en Emiratos. Las villas son espaciosas y el jardín privado es un pequeño paraíso en la tierra (ver las fotos). Solo hay un restaurante, no es una gran variedad, ¡pero la comida es increíble! Lo único que me decepcionó fue el servicio en el restaurante. Solo dos chicos de todos ellos son muy buenos con el resto, tuve dificultades para entenderme. En general, recomendaría este lugar para unas vacaciones familiares o románticas.

Just an amazing place to stay to run away from city, In your private villa you don't need to leave it at all. There is 3 types of villa all same Just the different is privacy : Al bahar as not for full privacy but still good 21 villas. Al naseem as more privacy 5 villas Both beach view The last one is Al shamal ocean view with privacy and beautiful view i will share the pictures for it as i stayed there 6 villas. I ordered BBQ set up with mix seafood and steak the price was good as they will prepare everything and leave and i will be the chief as i love to cook this is amazing experience to have it as be your own chief.

Me and my wife we decided to have few days off kids and change the ambiance for something romantic and in the same time private. We decided to try The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. Overall was an amazing experience, we found the perfect place to evade the busy Dubai and dedicate each minute to ourselves. About the resort: beautiful nature, wite beach, I would say we where in Maldives not emirates. The villas are spacious and the private garden is a little Heaven on earth (see the pics). There is only one restaurant, not such a big choice but the food is amazing! The only thing what disappointed me was the service at the restaurant. Only two guys out all of them are very good with the rest I had difficulties to understand each other. Overall I would recommend this place for a family or romantic holiday!

Um lindo resort. Eu compartilhei com a gerência alguns problemas com manutenção de detalhes, mas de modo geral, este é um lugar fabuloso para passar algumas noites se você puder pagar. A comida é excelente e o lugar exala charme.

Un hermoso resort. He compartido con la administración algunos problemas con el mantenimiento detallado, pero en general, este es un lugar fabuloso para pasar algunas noches si puede pagarlo. La comida es excelente y el lugar rezuma encanto.

A beautiful resort. I've shared with the management some issues with detail maintenance but generally speaking this is a fabulous place to spend a few nights if you can afford it. The food is outstanding and the place oozes charm.

Definitivamente em meus 5 melhores hotéis nos Emirados Árabes Unidos. É um oásis de tranquilidade e relaxamento. A área da recepção me confundiu no início porque não refletia o estilo de um Ritz Carlton, no entanto, uma vez na villa privada eu entendi porque a recepção parecia e parecia do jeito que era, natural e rústica.A villa era muito bonita. Eu gostaria que houvesse um interruptor para aquecer a piscina à noite e desligá-lo durante o meio do dia, quando o sol aquece naturalmente a piscina. Enquanto você caminha da vila para a praia, há duas belas cadeiras de praia embaixo de um mirante com toneladas de vegetação. Passamos um bom tempo lá relaxando. Não entramos no mar, mas caminhamos pela praia por um tempo.Para o café da manhã, pedimos que venha para a villa. A comida estava boa. Eles esqueceram um punhado de coisas, mas depois de 30 minutos, eles trouxeram.O segundo destaque foi o restaurante. Identifiquei o nome, mas é o único que eu acredito. A comida era excelente e o serviço muito amável. Nosso garçom Arun riu-nos e demos boas risadas. Comemos o prato de frutos do mar, o tártaro de atum apimentado, o edema apimentado, as batatas fritas com trufas, o bife wagyu e algumas outras coisas. Toda a comida era excelente. Elogios para a cozinha também.No geral, nós nos apaixonamos pelo resort. É rústico, verde e tranquilo. O valor é bastante grande. Mal posso esperar para voltar!

Definitely in my top 5 hotels in the UAE. It’s an oasis of peacefulness and relaxation. The reception area threw me off at the beginning because it didn’t reflect the style of a Ritz Carlton, however, once in the private villa I understood why the reception felt and looked the way it did, natural and rustic.The villa was really beautiful. Everything we needed we found. The bed was very comfy and I got great sleep. The bathroom was a good size so my better half and I could wash up in the morning and evening and not bump into each other.The TV had YouTube and a good entertainment so late night we snuggled up in bed and relaxed.The highlight for me was the private space outside the villa. It’s very big yet still we had a good amount of privacy. There was a big hot tub outside which the staff readied for us after dinner with tons of bubbles. We took a dip and spent time in the tub under the beautiful night sky.I spent also a good amount of time in the pool. It was heated which is nice as the temperature drops a little bit at night so it makes swimming comfortable. I wish there was a switch to heat up the pool at night and turn it off during the middle of the day when the sun naturally heats the pool. As you walk from the villa to the beach there are two nice beach chairs underneath a gazebo with tons of greenery. We spent a good amount of time there relaxing. We didn’t go in the sea but walked around the beach for a while.For breakfast we order it to come to the villa. The food was good. They forgot a handful of things but after 30 minutes they brought them.The second highlight was the restaurant. Idk the name but it’s the only one they have I believe. The food was superb and the service really kind. Our waiter Arun cracked us up and we had a few good laughs. We had the seafood platter, spicy tuna tartar, spicy edemame, truffle fries, the wagyu steak, and a few other things. All the food was superb. Kudos to the kitchen as well.Overall, we fell in love with the resort. It’s rustic, green, and peaceful. The value is quite great. I can’t wait to come back again!

Definitivamente en mis 5 mejores hoteles en los EAU. Es un oasis de tranquilidad y relajación. El área de la recepción me desconcertó al principio porque no reflejaba el estilo de un Ritz Carlton, sin embargo, una vez en la villa privada entendí por qué la recepción se sentía y se veía así, natural y rústica.La villa era realmente hermosa. Todo lo que necesitábamos lo encontramos. La cama era muy cómoda y dormí muy bien. El baño era de buen tamaño, así que mi media naranja y yo podíamos lavarnos por la mañana y por la noche y no chocarnos.La televisión tenía YouTube y un buen entretenimiento, así que nos acurrucamos en la cama y nos relajamos.Lo más destacado para mí fue el espacio privado fuera de la villa. Es muy grande, pero aún así tuvimos mucha privacidad. Había una gran bañera de hidromasaje afuera que el personal preparó para nosotros después de la cena con toneladas de burbujas. Nos dimos un chapuzón y pasamos un rato en la bañera bajo el hermoso cielo nocturno.También pasé una buena cantidad de tiempo en la piscina. Se calentó, lo cual es agradable ya que la temperatura baja un poco por la noche, lo que hace que nadar sea cómodo. Ojalá hubiera un interruptor para calentar la piscina por la noche y apagarla durante el mediodía cuando el sol calienta naturalmente la piscina. Al caminar desde la villa hasta la playa, hay dos bonitas sillas de playa debajo de una glorieta con toneladas de vegetación. Pasamos una buena cantidad de tiempo relajándonos. No fuimos al mar, sino que caminamos un rato por la playa.Para el desayuno lo encargamos que venga a la villa. La comida estuvo buena. Olvidaron un puñado de cosas pero después de 30 minutos las trajeron.El segundo punto culminante fue el restaurante. No sé el nombre, pero creo que es el único que tienen. La comida era excelente y el servicio muy amable. Nuestro camarero Arun nos hizo reír y nos reímos un poco. Teníamos la fuente de mariscos, tartar de atún picante, edemame picante, papas fritas con trufa, el bistec wagyu y algunas otras cosas. Toda la comida fue excelente. Felicitaciones a la cocina también.En general, nos enamoramos del complejo. Es rústico, verde y tranquilo. El valor es bastante grande. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

Visited a lot of 5 stars hotels in UAE & all I can say that this is considered as one of the best & highly recommended. All the thanks to the R-Carlton team & specially to Santosh / Kewy.

+ Lindo lugar, lindo território, comida deliciosa, ótimo restaurante- Limpeza de quarto horrível. Não limpe as tabelas. Eles constantemente se esquecem de trazer pratos limpos e água. Eles colocam pratos sujos debaixo da porta e esquecem deles. Eles ficam sujos sob a porta o dia todo. Muitas baratas (o que não é surpreendente) Liguei o dia todo pedindo xícaras limpas para café. Eles nunca o trouxeram. Também não há roupões. Este hotel não vale o dinheiro. Pior serviço que encontrei em Dubai.

Ponen platos sucios debajo de la puerta y se olvidan de ellos. Están sucios debajo de la puerta todo el día. Muchas cucarachas (lo cual no es sorprendente) Llamó todo el día pidiendo tazas limpias para el café. Nunca lo trajeron. Tampoco hay batas. Este hotel no vale la pena el dinero. El peor servicio que he encontrado en Dubai.

This is an odd yet cool place to hit the beach.You can boat ferry to the site, walk or golf cart. The meet and greet is spot on.I found the inside shrine to be good but there was a little lost in translation going on with orders for food, payment for guests and using the payment machines.The facility is nice, the pool side washroom at the main building need a bench and had a septic smell... Little details.Food, beach, loungers keep me coming back.This is a gem.

Average rooms and Furniture,what did bother me is the villa entrance facing the bed so the butler must walk in front of the bed then to the room and the bathroom lacks the privacy and Convenient, neighbors privacy issue, noisy , and the the privet pool not so Elegant. And the inner dinning food tested awful. A disappointment for The Ritz

The BAREFOOT BRUNCH at Shore House sounds interesting and being in Ritz Carlton, we would expect something exciting! Unfortunately, it left us disappointed. The brunch was a set menu concept and the food tasted below standards. Totally a disappointing affair. Try the food at your own risk and be ready to be charged a bomb. Extremely expensive and food tastes horrible. Would not recommend at all unless they change their food quality and standards. If you are a dessert fan, be ready to be served cut fruits on the brunch menu! The only good part is the beach view and the boat ride to the shore house. There is an after brunch party until evening (chargeable).

Amazing stay, the property is beautiful and the staff and very helpful and friendly. You really switch off here with a private pool and direct beach access. Highly recommend for a staycation too. We were travelling with our 1 year old and they really went above snd beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely visit again.

Delightful and marvelous experience 👍🏻 spectacular place, all employee are friendly especially ms.virolla. I hope the checkout policy will be improved. We were requested to check out by 11:00 at morning !! I Felt like pushing the guests to leave as early as possible from the calls We received. which i didnt like.

We are a family of 5 staying at RC Al Hamra Beach and we could not be happier. Some of us came the second time already and the stay was absolutely perfect - From the interior to the staff everything was fantastic. Of course the food should also be mentioned. RC Al Hamra Beach made us feel like home in paradise. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful property, we stayed for two nights; wish the villas were built closer to the sea. Staff are very friendly & attentive. We drove to RAK for better restaurants. It's a bit pricey in my opinion.

We visited the hotel twice already. The property is very new and well maitained. This time we had a problem to book a massage at the spa. It was very busy and a part of the staff was on vacation...
