“First class stay in a first class hotel!
Everything was amazing. The staff were fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate- full of lovely little touches to enhance our stay. We ordered balloons and flowers as extras and they were perfect. Breakfast was superb- so much choice- loved the morning shots! Super service from Syed. Extra shout out to Abbie from guest services for being amazing and going above and beyond for us. We had the most perfect time. Will definitely be back.”

“Lovely refurbishment- large clean room
With AC. Great friendly staff and breakfast also very nice and good quality. Only slight complaint we had was the noisy lift “doorbell” but once we mentioned this our car parking was refunded by way of good will toward the disruption. Morgan on checkout was first rate in handling the complaint. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the city.”
