Gr8 deal we got for stay while visiting factories in Kunshan. Gr8 staff. 19th floor room incl breakfast, 20th floor "Happy hour" from 6pm to 8pm, incl buffet, for $60 per night extra. Top quality.

I'm quite surprised all banned websites are reachable with hotel internal network. Front desk staff was quite nice but the facility is kind of old and can be improved. A cozy hotel for a short stay.

Loved my stay here, simplistic design and clean. The one star short is the fact that you can start noticing some wear and tear specifically in the pool and cafe. The shower was a bit odd, since the glass would only cover half the area so it was bound to sprinkle everywhere. Breakfast was good but the bread could have been tastier considering it's a Swiss hotel chain, strangely on weekends the spread reduced to a minimum. Service was attentive and the noodle bar a great plus.
