“The carpets were dirty. The air conditioning system is ridiculous. The menu was very meager. You can actually stay at newer hotels for the same price but the staff of this hotel are completely different. Thanks to the reception and restaurant staff. Ceren who worked at the reception and Argun who worked at the restaurant were very friendly. They spoke English very well. In fact, Ms. Ceren knew some Arabic. I like the way she spoke to me in Arabic. That's a reason to why i can stay in this hotel next time.”

“Room cozy and clean and comfortable. Location not downtown but in safe quiet neighbourhood and only five to 10 minutes to downtown by taxi that is readily available at very good price. Staff very friendly and professional. I love Swissotel Ankara and the hospitality. Will come again for sure.”
