“Very disappointing. Massive water leakage in the entry area, which gave the place a very worn down touch. Unfortunately, the leakage must have been through the entire building, I could hear water dropping down behind the wall of my room throughout the night... needless to say it was very difficult to find some sleep. Forgot a charging device in my room, called the reception, they assured me they would send it to my home address, but I never received anything. Probably the worst "5 star" place I have ever been to.”

“One of the worst hotel experiences I have had so far. From reception to night security staff to terrace bar workers all of them are socially incompetent. Day time valets are the best but doesn’t make it better as all the others can’t handle normal guests. I still can’t believe that this is a 5 star hotel. The room is clean and nice but the hallways look like they are from the 80‘s”
