Padrão escândalo habitual nos quartos, funcionários simpáticos na recepção. No entanto, um bar muito ruim. Parecia que eles pensavam que era difícil para nós igualar o pedido. Além de funcionários mais agradáveis, talvez eles também devessem ter um menu de bebidas / coquetéis?

Estándar escandinavo habitual en las habitaciones, personal amable en la recepción. Sin embargo, un bar muy malo. Parecía que pensaban que era difícil para nosotros incluso ordenar. Además de un personal más amable, ¿quizás también deberían asegurarse de tener un menú de bebidas / cócteles?

A acomodação foi decepcionante ao nível usual. Havia manchas no chão.O quarto familiar tinha uma cama infantil sem roupa de cama e ele mesmo tinha que colocar as capas de edredom e as fronhas no armário sobre as colchas. Uma fronha estava faltando. Em roupas de dormir, não me ocorreu perguntar se isso era uma prática normal ou esquecimento.O copo do cachorro estava sujo e uma protuberância marrom subiu do fundo do copo quando ele colocou água no cachorro.O café da manhã estava ok depois de tudo.

The hotel is conveniently located just across from the Tampere train station. The rooms are clean and decently sized. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a wide variety of options which should allow people with diverse culinary preferences to find something appealing. Both check-in and checkout were prompt and hassle free. The staff was attentive and helpful. This certainly is a good place to stay if you are visiting Tampere

Good hotel and very central in the city of Tampere.
Only downside was that they do not have hotel slippers nor a water cooker in the room.
Great breakfast and great dinner!
In reply to the feedback of Scandic: I stayed 9 nights with you. On three occasions I have asked staff for those slippers, all three negative answers. So do not reply to me that it was possible. Fact is: It was not.

Great location, breakfast was good. Had to switch our room 3 times, the first 2 had non-working mini fridges for drinks we brought. Took almost 40 minutes dealing with this. Other than that, everything went well.
