Muito bom e confortável. Quarto era freeeeezing, então tivemos que deixar uma chave e manter o aquecedor, pois o ar condicionado não funcionava. Fora isso, tudo foi ótimo!

Very nice and comfy. Room was freeeeezing so we had to leave one key in and keep the heater on since air condition didnt work. Other than that, all was great!

Hospedado aqui antes e foi happy, mas desta vez o quarto não foi impecáveis. Apesar de reclamarmos, eles só trocaram os lençóis, mas sem limpar. Não gosto de criar mau humor, por isso não insisto mais, mas acho que a recepcionista poderia resolver isso melhor.

A recepção quando fizemos o check-in poderia ter sido melhor. Parecia que éramos mais um incômodo do que um hóspede do hotel. Não é bom atender o hóspede com esse tipo de atitude. O quarto estava bem. O único problema era que um dos controles remotos da cama não funcionava, assim como a máquina de café. Isso foi relatado à recepção para averiguar, o que eles fizeram. Mas não com grande entusiasmo. Pouco / nenhum sabonete no chuveiro do banheiro. Essas coisas não são grandes, mas devem ser verificadas pela equipe antes do check-in. Devia usar um cartão-presente, mas ele precisava ser apresentado várias vezes antes de ser colocado no sistema. O cartão de presente foi usado no momento da reserva, mas tinha que trazê-lo com você no momento do check-in / check-out.

This hotel is very cosy! The design, neighbourhood and everything about it feels, indeed, scandinavian and opens your appetite about discovering Oslo! Talking about appetite, their breakfast is, indeed, very good, including options for different dietary requirements. The rooms are spacious enough, well equipped, they have individual heat controllers, even though in the hotel it has always been warm enough. The only reasons why I don’t give it 5* are the location, which is not quite in the middle of the city, but a train station is at only 7 min walk and the fact that the walls are pretty thin, so you can easly hear from the neighbours or from the hallway.

Já estive aqui antes e, infelizmente, está ficando cada vez pior. Problemas com o calor em nosso quarto de hotel quando estava frio. Pressão ruim no chuveiro, encontramos garrafas de vinho vazias em uma das gavetas que não eram nossas e que quando o alarme de incêndio disparou não tivemos nenhuma informação depois do ocorrido. O café da manhã, agora que a pandemia deveria ter "acabado", infelizmente foi uma piada. Com tantas pessoas neste café da manhã e sem sistema de filas, tudo ficou anti-higiênico e bagunçado. Chato!

Nice hotel que atendeu a todas as minhas expectativas e superou-as em 3 áreas: equipe de espírito de serviço que faz um pouco mais. Recepcionista simpática e prestativa, a equipe do café da manhã dizia "bom dia" e sorria a cada oportunidade, reabastecia antes que tudo ficasse vazio e limpava rapidamente e silenciosamente das mesas. Apreciei a seleção de pequenas porções de pãezinhos de canela e muffins de mirtilo em vez dos clássicos crossaints. A última coisa que me satisfez foram os banheiros na sala de café da manhã. Para todos os gêneros, lindamente projetadas e com cores coordenadas, paredes e portas sólidas sem aberturas no teto ou no chão entre as cabines - e música de bom gosto tocada nos alto-falantes no teto que acalmam os nervos em torno do xixi público. Também separe o espelho e a pia por cabine. 10/10 banheiro então, aqui espero que o público aprenda algo

If you are okay with FILTHY ROOMS and NONE SERVICE MINDED a receptionist, for a mid rate price this is the place for you.Checked in late (10:00pm) only to be greeted at the desk by the receptionist watching a soccer game and drinking a glass of beer.As we entered the first room we noticed that the floor was uncleaned. Foot prints, hair, dust, coffee spills. Every surface had a spill or stains. The bathroom mirror was not cleaned at all, large splash spots and dirty sink. We changed rooms only to experience the same thing, and on top of that it was a down grade (smaller room). Floor so filthy that my socks stuck to the sticky floor. I returned to the reception where the concierge watched his football match, empty beer glass now. He moved us to another DIRTY ROOM. The pictures are from room 1 and 3.We ordered breakfast to the room to prevent my pregnant girlfriend being exposed to Covid. They didn’t remember that we switched rooms. The second night we informed the hotel about early checkout and requested breakfast at 8:00am. The breakfast wasn’t made so I called to find out that they didn’t get the order. The same receptionist was there and stated to my pregnant lady that “Breakfast will be served at 9 take it or leave it!”

Top breakfast, good location and very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and it even have a gym. It id excellent for a 3 star hotel!

Pros: Great breakfast, good accessibility to high end shops, and good accessibility to central Oslo, courteous staff(except one of them). Cons: for the amount rooms were really small, so much that if it was bit smaller one would get claustrophobic. Evern as paid guest I had to pay extra just for parking on street as they won't even open garage as it might be full. There is a "smart" person ( a man) working on reception.

I was assigned at this hotel for quarantine, and I love it! The service is excellent, the staff is extremely helpful, the room is clean and modern with amenities (shower toiletries, kettle, hairdryer, ironing machine, safe...). Food was delivered for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening snack, with fairly healthy options. Would definitely recommend.

Las habitaciones están bien agradables y adecuadas. El problema es el comedor, poco espacio, mal gestionado, sin personal que ponga orden en tal desastre. Buffet más bien pobre en el desayuno. Cena horrorosa,sin variedad y poca cantidad.

Está en obras y no sé si será por eso que ha sido el peor hotel de la cadena en que hemos estado está semana. La habitación 561, tenía aire acondicionado, no regulable en la habitación, y la cama orientada hacia la salida del chorro. Es decir, un aire helado pegando de frente hacia nosotros acostados. Planteamos el problema en recepción y nos dijeron que era el sistema de climatización del hotel y no se podía hacer nada. Algo inconcebible , respecto al bufé,coincidimos con grupos turísticos y cuando se agotaban los productos tardaban en reponer. En fin, una odisea. Hemos estado en otros Scandic y nuestra calificación fue excelente,por eso es sorprendente el cambio en la gestión de este hotel.
