“hotel decepcionante. 10 graus no quarto à chegada, teve que re as camas para as próprias crianças. Sem fronhas. Demorou muito antes de haver água quente no chuveiro. Edredões finos e frios. Café da manhã encerrado às 09:30 na véspera de Natal (um dia que você deseja aproveitar). Perguntamos ao pessoal se eles poderiam encontrar um aquecedor quando chegássemos, bem como ajudar a fazer as camas algo que combinasse com o ronco. A mesma atitude quando pedimos o almoço na véspera de Natal”

“Loved it! Room was fantastic equipped with a climbing wall! Morning buffet was great, despite covid-19 restrictions and only a few guests. The gym was open and very well equipped. Will absolutely come back if I need to go back one day.”
