“Bem, as 5 estrelas são para o pessoal que Localização, e a comida.Os processos ainda têm chances, algumas pequenas coisas, construtivas:Uma toalha de mesa ou um porta-copos seria ótimo, um copo com cubos de gelo faz você suar, depois de 10 minutos você inevitavelmente pinga um no outro.A primeira placa não é clara? Como os talheres, prato de pão? Muito grande? talheres normais?O "sommelier" tem que aprender a abrir uma garrafa de vinho, uma pontinha, não desenrosque a rolha com a mão na ponta, senão ela vai quebrar, mas estou final muito bem resolvido. Não vou entrar no argumento de que o vinho foi mal armazenado aqui, foi ótimo, senão eu teria perguntado por que esse vinho é vendido. Ele vai aprender isso também, eu também sou muito sensível.A carta de vinhos é um desafio, é impossível virar as páginas, mas a oferta para 5* é escassa. Bem discutido, tenho certeza que isso vai mudar em breve.Ok cozinha, bolinhos de semolina têm chance em alto nível, excelente tártaro de carne, peixe e linguine são um prazer. Sobremesa, não apenas excelentemente preparada, mas também tem um sabor ótimo!O preço é surpreendentemente na extremidade inferior de 5*.O que dá 5 estrelas ainda não está (bastante) pronto, mas dá ao hóspede a sensação de que não vai demorar, SIM, eu tive isso!Elogios a TODOS os funcionários!O passeio pelo restaurante também é ótimo, assim como a localização, que foi feita com bom gosto e a mudança necessária, bravo!Um agradecimento muito especial e por isso as 5 estrelas, o meu desejo de levar comigo as conchas inutilizáveis das ostras (trabalho com materiais diferentes) foi cumprido sem hesitação e as conchas foram mesmo embaladas a vácuo. “Este hotel não deixa nada a desejar. O serviço em todas as áreas é excelente. A equipe é extremamente simpática e acolhedora. Os quartos estão mobilados de forma muito exclusiva.
