“For you English speakers. We decided on this place for the locations and views which are both great. Nice hotel too food was great plenty of seating everywhere including the outside bar. The only complaint is that this is an adult only hotel, didn't realize it would be a senior citizens hotel. Came 20 sept to 25 sept. The crazy part of this city is right across the street and quiet at night. Just strange being the youngest people here. We are both 35. Average age here in September is 60-70.”

Era nuestra primera vez en este hotel en Navidad y Año Nuevo y ... lo haremos de nuevo y ya hemos reservado! Escápese del ajetreo en Alemania y simplemente disfrute y déjese mimar, ¡eso es lo que representa la RIU! Esta amabilidad, la comodidad, la comida, todo eso fue una gran experiencia para nosotros. El esfuerzo que todo el personal hizo para mimar a los invitados y satisfacer cualquier solicitud es simplemente excelente. Muchas gracias querido equipo de RIU, ya estamos deseando que llegue la Navidad y la víspera de Año Nuevo, si Corona nos deja. Pero las perspectivas son bastante buenas.

It was our first time in this hotel over Christmas and New Years and .... we will do it again and have already booked! Escape the hustle and bustle in Germany and just enjoy and be pampered, that's what the RIU stands for! This friendliness, the coziness, the food, everything was a great experience for us. The effort that the entire staff goes to pamper the guests and to fulfill any wishes is simply great. Thank you very much dear RIU team - we are already looking forward to Christmas and New Year's Eve - if Corona leaves us !!! But the prospects are pretty good.

Excelente hotel, limpio, bien cuidado y con tanta atención a los huéspedes. Buen desayuno y buffet en el restaurante. La ubicación también es ideal, cerca de la playa y de la parada de autobús de la ciudad. El único defecto es la proximidad a una discoteca ruidosa.

El personal muy amable. Me alojé allí durante la temporada baja. Habitación limpia y baño. Sala de fitness utilizable a pesar de las únicas 8 máquinas. El desayuno y la cena siempre fueron muy buenos. El entretenimiento nocturno recordaba algo al hogar de un anciano;).

Nuestra habitación era muy bonita y la limpiaban muy bien todos los días. Encontramos una bonita figura de toalla en nuestra cama todos los días. 5 estrellas !!! Definitivamente volveremos.

Very friendly staff. Stayed there during the off season. Clean room and bathroom. Fitness room usable despite the only 8 machines. Breakfast and dinner were always very good. Evening entertainment reminded something of an old people's home;).

Un gran hotel!Muy bien ubicado. Un servicio. Personal muy amable y servicial. Siempre habitaciones limpias. Sistema también muy bien mantenido. Piscina climatizada al aire libre. Estuvimos en la piscina en enero, simplemente genial. Comer muy variado y súper delicioso, no importa si es desayuno o cena. Me sentí muy a gusto. Tengo una pequeña crítica de la wifi. Solo es posible un acceso gratuito para un teléfono celular por habitación. Nunca he visto algo así. De lo contrario, 5 euros por día es imposible por hoy.

Fuimos huéspedes del hotel del 4 al 11 de febrero de 2020. Todo estuvo bien, el personal fue muy servicial y amable. La comida era variada y también muy buena.La ubicación era ideal, cerca de la playa y la conexión de autobús era buena.Volveríamos a ir allí en cualquier momento.

El personal es amable y cortés, la comida súper sabrosa, en general mega buen servicio, pase lo que pase. Lo único que no encontré tan bueno es que es muy ruidoso y puedes escuchar a las criadas en todas partes desde poco antes de las 8, pero no cambia la calificación de 5 estrellas.

Este fue el peor hotel en el que me he alojado en mi vida. NINGÚN HOTEL en América cobra por adelantado sin quedarse allí. El personal es grosero y no tienen capacidad militar. Tengo una tarjeta federal azul marino que su máquina no pudo leer y me culpó por ello. Afirman que no pudieron escribirlo. Esta fue mi primera vez en San Francisco y me hicieron caminar en el frío por unas pocas cuadras para sacar el efectivo a medianoche. Lamento reservar una habitación aquí. Publicaré esto en Facebook y me aseguraré de que los clientes ni siquiera miren este hotel

This was WORSE HOTEL that I have stayed at in my life. NO HOTEL in America charges up front without staying there. The STAFF IS RUDE & they do not accomdate military. I have a navy federal card which their machine could not read & they blamed me for it. They claim they could not type it in. This was my first time in San Fran & they made me walk in the cold for few blocks the take out cash at midnight. I REGRET booking a room here. I will post this on Facebook & make sure customers dont even look at this hotel

A great hotel!Very well located.1a service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always clean rooms. System also very well maintained. Heated outdoor pool. We were in the pool in January, just great. Eating very varied and super delicious, no matter if breakfast or dinner. I felt really comfortable. I have a little criticism of the wifi. Only one free access for a cell phone per room is not possible. I have never seen anything like it. Otherwise 5 euros per day is impossible for today.

We were guests at the hotel from February 4th - 11th, 2020. Everything was fine, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was varied and also very good.The location was ideal, close to the beach and the bus connection was good.We would go there again anytime.

OKAY.Estuvimos allí en Navidad. Lo que era de esperar que el 80% fueran jubilados.El desayuno estaba bien, la cena se sirvió dos veces. Eso no nos gustó porque no lo sabíamos de antemano. Ni siquiera una excusa para ello. Lo encontré muy débil. Una vez que nuestra habitación tampoco fue limpiada. Siempre colgué un letrero, así que funcionó.

Ok.Wir waren über Weihnachten dort. Was zu erwarten war das 80% Rentner waren.Frühstück war ok, Abendessen gab es zu 2 Zeiten. Das fanden wir nicht gut,da wir das im Vorfeld nicht wussten. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung dafür.Fand ich sehr schwach. Einmal wurde auch unser Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt. Habe dann immer ein Schild raus gehängt, somit funktionierte das.

¡Hotel céntrico en el centro de la Schinkenstraße! Fue construido en 1953 y completamente modernizado en 2014. El desayuno y la cena no es nada especial, pero está bien para un hotel español de 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes, la limpieza está bien y el personal siempre fue educado y cortés. ¡El hotel solo está en la próxima temporada, si buscas un poco de paz y la gente de la fiesta en la temporada alta es absolutamente genial!

Bonito hotel de cuatro estrellas en primera línea de mar, altitud Balneario 6. Sala de vapor e hidromasaje, así como gimnasio en el sótano. Muy buen desayuno y cena buffet, personal amable. Sin embargo, en el verano puede haber un ambiente ruidoso, porque justo en la milla de la fiesta.

Centrally located hotel in the middle of the Schinkenstraße! It was built in 1953 and completely modernized in 2014. The breakfast and dinner is nothing special, yet fine for a Spanish 4 star hotel. The rooms are big enough, cleanliness OK and the staff were always polite and courteous. The hotel is only in the next season, if you are looking for a little peace and for party people in the high season absolutely great!

El hotel estaba sobrevendido y tuvimos que mudarnos a la fuerza a otro hotel. A pesar de las protestas, nos llevaron a un hotel, que tenía menos estrellas que las reservadas originalmente. Pero esa no es la razón por la que le doy solo 1 estrella ... Lo perdono, porque nos enfrentamos con tanta arrogancia, nunca lo hemos experimentado. En lugar de disculparse por haber cometido un error, fue despectivo y nos habló con los brazos cruzados. Como gran final, nos mostraron la puerta con un gesto de la mano. En el otro hotel, hemos aprendido de otros huéspedes que han experimentado exactamente lo mismo.

The hotel was overbooked and we had to forcibly move to another hotel. Despite protest, we were taken to a hotel, which had fewer stars than originally booked. But that is not the reason why I give only 1 star ... I forgive this, because we were confronted with such arrogance, we have never experienced it. Instead of apologizing that they made a mistake was derogatory and talked to us with folded arms. As a grand finale, we were shown the door with a wave of the hand. In the other hotel, we have, from other guests, learned that they have experienced exactly the same.

Me ha encantado TODO y es el primer día. Lo primeros los recepcionistas, mención especial a la Sra. Piedad y el Sr. Alfonso en restaurante. Atención familiar, facilitan todo, información sobre tu estancia, sobre lugares que visitar...Hotel muy tranquilo a pesar de la zona. Lo mejor, sales del hotel y tienes de todo, si no te quedas en tu hotel de forma tranquila. Totalmente recomendable!

¡Contrariamente a todas las opiniones negativas, solo podemos decir cosas positivas y todavía nos sentimos muy bien el día 3! Muy buen personal, ya sea restaurante, recepción o mucama. Habitaciones limpias todos los días, la comida es muy variada y hay algo para todos. Tienes ganas de probarlo todo. Estamos justo en la Schinkenstraße y aún podemos dormir bien con la puerta del balcón con aire acondicionado, aunque fuera hasta las 5 de la mañana y una fiesta más larga no es problema. Tuvimos suerte, una habitación con vista lateral, mitad vista al mar, mitad fiesta, para nosotros como un sueño. Una y otra vez nos gustaría reservar este hotel de Río! ¡Todo es correcto para nosotros! 😄👍

Selección de martillos en el desayuno y la cena en media pensión, muy recomendable! comida sabrosa Buena selección de equipamiento deportivo, bonito y pequeño spa. Por supuesto, es debido a la situación bastante animada, tiene un cierto ruido, pero eso es bastante lógico. Si las puertas están cerradas con llave, no oirá nada que pase afuera.Definitivamente puedo recomendar el alojamiento 👍🏽

Gran hotel en medio de la acción. A 1 minuto del Bierkönig, pero no lo escuchas si estás en la piscina. La playa está al otro lado de la calle. Gran desayuno con mucha variedad! La suite junior tenía una gran vista del mar y del paseo marítimo. Feliz de nuevo

Un hotel estupendo, con un personal extremadamente amable. El servicio es cortés y rápido. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero están bien equipadas y con camas estupendas. Desafortunadamente, los rastros de uso se pueden ver nuevamente después de la renovación. Lamentablemente, el gimnasio está un poco anticuado y hace calor.La comida era variada y el sabor convincente. Vendríamos de nuevo.

Hotel hasta ahora, el personal fue muy servicial. Quedamos muy satisfechos con el desayuno. La cena, en nuestra opinión, no era lo que debería ser en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Nuestro tiempo para comer era de 18: 30-20: 30 justo al comienzo del tiempo en que la comida estaba tibia, en los 11 días siempre había la misma muy poca variedad. A las 19:45 no había postre, por ejemplo, fue desmantelado. A las 20:30, cuando terminó la hora de la comida y comenzó la otra, el postre volvería a prepararse. No hay segunda vez

Der Aussenbereich ist top, und die Zimmer werden ordentlich gesäubertNachteil, es gibt nur Zimmerschlüssel,Karten wären besser. Das Bad,vielmehr die Dusche hat ihre besten Tage bereits erreicht.Die Lage an sich ist super Zentral, und perfekt erreichbar mit Taxi und oder Mietwagen.Ich war 2Nächte hier, ja es war gut. El hotel es altamente recomendado! Todo estaba limpio, no había moho en el baño, lo cual es una rareza. El personal es muy amable y una gran vista del mar. El hotel está en el Ballermann, pero en la habitación casi no se oye nada. La comida era estupenda y no hay nada de que quejarse! con gusto otra vez

¡Cómo tuvo una gran semana en este gran hotel! Uno de nosotros depende de su cuello de tortuga, desde la espaciosa habitación en el Poollifter hasta la mesa, todo fue genial para nosotros. Fuimos bien atendidos durante todo el año. Todo el personal fue muy atento y servicial en todo momento. A pesar de la proximidad al Bierkönig en el hotel, nada del "turismo Ballermann" a tener en cuenta.

Estuvimos allí a principios de enero de 2019 por 2 semanas. Muy, muy agradable y servicial personal, habitaciones limpias con un montón de espacio de almacenamiento y un bonito baño. Sólo faltas allí estaba la comida. Aunque la selección era bastante grande y siempre encontrará algo, pero en el desayuno había un mal café y salchichas de calidad y el queso no era un hormigueo. CONCLUSIÓN: Precio / rendimiento fue correcto y puede volver

Contrary to all negative opinions we can only say positive things and we still feel very well on day 3! Very nice staff, whether restaurant, reception or maid. Clean rooms every day, the food very varied and there is something for everyone. You feel like trying everything. We are right on the Schinkenstraße and can still sleep well with the balcony door with air conditioning, although outside until 5 o'clock in the morning and longer party is, no problem. We were lucky, a room with a side view, half sea view, half party, for us dreamlike. Again and again we would like to book this Rio hotel! Everything is right for us! 😄👍

Great location right on the beach and in the action!Insanely nice and helpful staff. Hammer selection at breakfast and dinner at half board, highly recommended! tasty food. Good selection of sports equipment, nice little spa. It is of course due to the situation quite lively, you have a certain noise, but that's quite logical. Hotel so far, staff was very accommodating. We were very satisfied with the breakfast. The dinner was in our opinion not what it should be in a 4 star hotel. How had a great week in this great hotel! One of us is dependent on her turtleneck, from the spacious room on the Poollifter to the table everything was great for us. We were well looked after all round. All staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Despite the proximity to the Bierkönig in the hotel nothing of the "Ballermann tourism" to note.

We were there in early January 2019 for 2 weeks. Very very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms with lots of storage space and nice bathroom. Only flaws there was the food. Although the selection was quite large and you will always find something, but at breakfast there was bad coffee and quality sausage and cheese was not tingling. CONCLUSION: Price / performance was right and you can come back

Für Party-people die dich nicht zusammenreißen können ist das Hotel nichts da Ecken sie mit dem Personal an.Was super ist man kann am Pool alles auf Rechnung kaufen und erst am Ende des Urlaubs bezahlen, das macht den Urlaub sehr entspannt wenn man einfach ohne Wertsachen an den Pool kann nicht ständig bezahlen muss.

El gimnasio es pequeño, pero tiene todo el equipo para no estar completamente fuera de práctica durante las vacaciones. Sauna y piscina de inmersión también están disponibles. En el exterior hay una piscina con terraza, desde donde también se puede ver el mar.Todo lo mejor, mucho otra vez! ;-)

For you English speakers. We decided on this place for the locations and views which are both great. Nice hotel too food was great plenty of seating everywhere including the outside bar. The only complaint is that this is an adult only hotel, didn't realize it would be a senior citizens hotel. Came 20 sept to 25 sept. The crazy part of this city is right across the street and quiet at night. Just strange being the youngest people here. We are both 35. Average age here in September is 60-70.
