“The room was a discount smoking room. Clean and neat. Microwave could have been cleaner. Good service at the desk and dog friendly. No problems whatsoever.”

“DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM HERE! Our room was so cold we had to sleep in our clothes and coats. Any sleep we got was interrupted by the loose window pane clanking from the wind. Our bathroom was so disgusting we could not bathe in it. Nothing seemed to have been cleaned for months. The ice machine was leaking so badly in the stinking hallways that if you didn't look sharp, you would have slipped and hurt yourself. No wet floor sign to be seen The glass on the vending machine had been long since broken; nothing of use was left on it's shelves. Clearly, management could not care less. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. Requests to speak to the manager and assurances of refunds/discounts were not honored. We will be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who will listen. We have never stayed in an absolutely shameful "establishment" like this. It needs to be shut down!”
