Room was filthy.. hair all over floors, walls, towels. Found someone's dirty old shirt under the bed sheets, dirty plastic forks on floor. Next morning, man at desk was super rude when I asked to move rooms. Claimed I smelled like smoke and I better not smoke in the room. Claimed I am the type of person who books for a week and leaves after 1 day. Not true, I'm a choice Platinum member and here for work. For $700 I'd prefer a clean room and not be insulted.

We went to wash clothes and after being there two days got told to use the laundry you had to be staying there and then the washing machine didn't work. Then one morning went for breakfast the electric was off so nothing was working I showed them how to turn the breaker back on each day we were there we decided to go out for breakfast 🥞 they never brought clean towels to the room. We there for 3 day's the bed's were comfortable.

I rented a room today for a week 25yrs ago my then husband lived here with my 2 older children & Are 2 sets of Twins Boy's 7 yrs old & Girls 2 yrs old we lived here 1 month shy of 2 yrs. They are same owners 25 yrs ago which tells me they are running this business right & My room is very clean! They have a bathtub which sometimes are hard to come by plus there is a sponge mat when you get out of the shower Or Bath 3 adult towels & 3 Washclothes. The staff is very friendly & They serve a Continental Breakfast starting at 6am till about 10am + They have a nice size Pool & Jaccuzi. Worth the value for all the amenities I would recommend staying here you will not be disappointed.

Good, big hotel rooms. Nice sized bathroom. Had a couch. Comfortable, staff was nice. Breakfast was generic limited, but fine. Pool and hot tub was nice. I did noticed the staff was not being taken care of. And when a customer notices, you know it's bad. They were left with broken equipment, yet still required to uphold top customer satisfaction. They had to use guest washer and dryer because they're machines where broken. The coffee and juice machines were broken so the breakfast worker had to constantly refill pitchers of milk and juice and maintain temperature control and time limits. The room cleaner was using a broom and towels to mop because they weren't provided with a proper mop and cleaning supplies. They got the job done EXCEPTIONALLY. They were clearly short staffed. But again, when a customer can see how badly worker are struggling, it's bad.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially Adriana and GM. The hotel is definitely an older building but our rooms were remodeled and very clean. Housekeeping was super helpful our entire stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and it was cleaned daily and well maintained. I was a little worried before arriving because other reviews but I didn't experience any issues. The surrounding neighborhood is older and well lived in with great character. Surrounding businesses and their staff were pleasant and friendly. Only encountered 2 homeless people at near by gas stations so that was definitely exaggerated! It was close to beautiful beaches and great food options. I definitely look forward to staying there again.
