I've grown to be friends with most of the staff working here.New ownership has been painstakingly working on the neglect of the prior owner over the past 10 years.Eli and his family are good descent people who will listen and will work to resolve any issues that might come up.The breakfasts are a plus, especially when it's the weekend and some of the staff add a personal touch with good home cooking such as biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, and different pastries.On a daily basis the easy to cook waffles are a big hit with many including me.Granted the place has had some years on it. The owners are taking pride in the renovations they are making to improve the quality of this establishment so its name speaks for itself.I am grateful to the staff who work hard to make my stay a comfortable one.Thank you for all of your efforts.James O. Excelente servicio, habitaciones muy bonitas y comodas

The "motel smell" was very prevalent.The bed was uncomfortable.The toilet got an F on the disability scale.But check-in was easy, the front desk clerk cordial, it was quiet at night, our car didn't get vandalized, and it was relatively cheap. O "cheiro de motel" era muito prevalente. A cama era desconfortável. O banheiro tem um F na escala de deficiência. Mas o check-in foi fácil, o recepcionista cordial, foi tranquilo à noite, nosso carro não foi vandalizado e foi relativamente barato.

I didn't stay here, but was charged anyways. It's supposed to be a pet friendly hotel, but there isn't any place for dogs to do their business.I opened the door to the room, and it smelled strongly of dog urine. I suppose that since there isn't anyplace outdoors for dogs to go, previous guests just let their dogs do their business in the room.Also not located in the best neighborhood and didn't feel comfortable walking around trying to find a place for my dog to potty. The receptionist was apologetic, but didn't offer to refund my money. Eu não fiquei aqui, mas fui cobrado de qualquer maneira. I have been staying in hotels for 20 years and this by far the worst experience I have had.The hotel management allowed a guy to live in the hotel.This guy was 2 doors from the room they put me in.This guy was bringing in homeless people.The night i stayed there he brought in a homeless woman. This homeless person went in my room and stole my work and personal phones about 900$ worth. The manager didn't bother looking at the cameras till the next day.The doors also do not shut properly. Thats why this homeless person was able to get in my room.My work was sending me a replacement phone so I had to stay there another night.It didn't get shipped in time and the hotel raised the prices on my room so I had to leave. I made another reservation the day after on Monday so I could be sure to be there when my replacement phone arrived. I wanted to make sure this phone was not lost or stolen. The phone was delivered before I checked in.I called choice hotels to try and cancel never wanting to go back to this hotel.They were trying to contact the hotel and couldn't get anyone.I went to the hotel.The guy at the front desk talked to the manager who refused to cancel my reservation.The only reason I made the reservation was because I couldn't trust this hotel so I needed to be there to make sure my replacement phone didn't get lost.I did not want to stay here again.It's unsafe, there is crime and homeless people in the area. The manager did not care.He just sticks it to you eventhough they are at fault for allowing this guy to stay here while he brings in homeless people.I used my points to stay somewhere safe and comfortable.They charged me for a hotel room I did not stay in after having my phones stolen and all the inconveniences of getting new phones.The most unprofessional hotel and the most awful customer service I have dealt with in my 20 years of traveling.The manager could care less about the well being of his customers he just wants your money.I f Estou hospedado em hotéis há 20 anos e esta é de longe a pior experiência que tive. O gerente não se incomodou em olhar para as câmeras até o dia seguinte. As portas também não fecham direito. É por isso que esse sem-teto conseguiu entrar no meu quarto. Meu trabalho estava me enviando um telefone substituto, então tive que ficar lá mais uma noite. Não foi enviado a tempo e o hotel aumentou os preços do meu quarto, então tive que sair. Fiz outra reserva no dia seguinte na segunda-feira para ter certeza de estar lá quando meu telefone substituto chegasse. Eu queria ter certeza de que este telefone não foi perdido ou roubado. O telefone foi entregue antes de eu fazer o check-in. Liguei para hotéis de escolha para tentar cancelar nunca mais querendo voltar a este hotel. Eles estavam tentando entrar em contato com o hotel e não conseguiram ninguém. Fui para o hotel. O cara da recepção conversou com o gerente que se recusou a cancelar minha reserva. A única razão pela qual fiz a reserva foi porque não podia confiar neste hotel, então precisava estar lá para garantir que meu telefone substituto não se perdesse. Eu não queria ficar aqui novamente. Ants crawling both in the bathroom and living room. 3. Shabby room: very old sloppy paint on the walls, ancient doors, key that you have to recharge at the front desk every day… 4. Annoyed clerks except one extremely kind and sweet African American young lady, a real sunshine, who made my stay there more tolerable. 5. Dusty air even though I kept the window open for the most part. They don’t clean the rooms even if you stay for a few days. 🙁 Eu quase nunca escrevo comentários ruins, mas este é bem merecido. 1. This is probably the worst hotel I had stayed at in the past 40 years and doesn't deserve even one star. The television was smashed, the air conditioner visibly damaged, the water was only warm never hot. The young man at the check-in desk was courteous and comoetent but apparently the only staffer on site and really was being asked to do more than any one person could do. There was no hot breakfast and the bags for early departure were not available until 6:00 a.m. making it useless for anyone catching an early flight. Avoid this place at all costs. We got out alive but other comments indicate is it a dangerous environment. Este é provavelmente o pior hotel em que fiquei nos últimos 40 anos e não merece nem uma estrela. A televisão estava quebrada, o ar condicionado visivelmente danificado, a água estava apenas morna, nunca quente. O jovem no balcão de check-in foi cortês e comoetent, mas aparentemente o único funcionário no local e realmente estava sendo solicitado a fazer mais do que qualquer pessoa poderia fazer. Não havia café da manhã quente e as malas para partida antecipada não estavam disponíveis até as 6h, tornando inútil para quem pegasse um voo mais cedo. Evite esse lugar a todo custo. Saímos vivos, mas outros comentários indicam que é um ambiente perigoso.

It was the 5th day I never seen my money so I called the front desk and he said a couple towels got dirty and damaged was the reason they never returned my money. Over towels!! Towels they probably don’t even clean right! You’re gonna keep my money?! Without noticing me as well! The guy at the front desk wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and acts like he hates his job. The guy at the front desk told me to call corporate and said they would say the same thing! When In fact corporate says otherwise! They said it’s wrong what they’re doing. So please save yourself a headache before you get robbed of your money make sure you have it squeaky clean before you leave cause they’ll say you damaged things. Te piden una garantía de 100 dolares???Me había quedado en otros Quality y jamas me pidieron eso... Además que en la recepción me pidieron muchísima información, falto poco qie me preguntaran mi tipo de sangre. No disponen de botones para llevar la maleta. El desayuno es mediocre falta yogurt y salsas para los waffles. Lo bueno es que dispone de estacionamiento, es económico y tienes desayuno incluido.
