The beach is only 200 metres away from this luxury hotel. Situated on the cliff of Ponta de Cruz somewhat outside Funchal, the hotel affords wonderful views. The town centre is 3 km away. Links to the public transport network lie just 50 m away, whilst restaurants and shops may be found within 100 m of the hotel. The airport is approximately a 35-minute drive away. It is only 30 minutes on foot from Formosa beach and has direct access to Promenade do Lido, the famous promenade in Madeira. Surrounded by magnificent gardens is the island's largest outdoor saltwater swimming pool with views of the sea. The hotel has a Spa, with a Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, Turkish bath and even a panoramic indoor swimming pool, in addition to massages and/or spa treatments.

“A madeira simplesmente pela sua beleza é um paraiso natural, madeirenses muito acolhedores e hospitaleiros.o hotel se tivesse mais estrelas nòs as atribuiriamos, pessoal magnifico a começar na recepcao, pessoal de limpeza, jardim, serviços de mesa , cozinha, piscina, bar, etc etc etc..todos fazem o melhor pelos clientes sempre com um sorriso no rosto..dos melhores hoteis que já ficamos, magnifico em tudo..obrigada a todos do fundo do coraçao, havemos cá voltar se deus quiser.ainda nos falta um dia para partir e a saudade já se sente..beijinhos grandes a todos.ana e jorge marques”

“El hotel está bien pero sobre valoradoEsperaba un poco más de un hotel de 5 estrellas El Buffet debería estar siempre con toda la fruta fresca sin conservas una sonrisa sería genial,El gym fue un poco decepcionante sobre todo la limpieza con lo pequeño debería estar reluciente y una toalla pequeña para los que hacemos deporte ayudaría a mantenerlo limpio un poco de información detallada sobre los lugares de interés sería de gran Ayuda pero hay que resaltar que tienen una chica en el mostrador junto a los ordenadores que es muy eficaz y de gran Ayuda”
