Nice hotel e os funcionários são muito simpáticos - eu já fiquei lá antes. Quarto parecia limpo, mas havia papel higiênico no banheiro quando cheguei e um aparelho de ar condicionado portátil no meu quarto que era muito barulhento, especialmente quando estava ligando e desligando automaticamente. Como eu estava ficando apenas uma noite, eu não me incomodei em entrar em contato com a recepção / vestiários. No geral, três estrelas para esta estadia.

A equipe é ótima, mas os quartos não são. O ar condicionado mal funcionava, então o quarto era absolutamente sufocante. Também havia claramente algum mofo acontecendo, provavelmente resultado de má ventilação/circulação e umidade. Definitivamente não recomendo se você não consegue dormir no calor.

Staff is great but the rooms are not. Air conditioning barely worked, so room was absolutely sweltering. There was also clearly some mold happening, probably a result of bad ventilation/circulation and humidity. Definitely do not recommend if you can’t sleep in the heat.

Nice hotel and staff are very friendly - I've have stayed there before. Room seemed clean but there was toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived and a portable air conditioning unit in my room which was very loud, especially when it was automatically turning on and off. As I was staying only one night, I didn't bother to contact the front desk/change rooms. Overall three star for this stay.

Embora eu os tenha classificado com muito baixo serviço, isso não é uma função das pessoas que trabalham no hotel. Eles são pessoas fantásticas e são extremamente úteis. Realmente muito impressionado com suas atitudes e sua vontade de ajudar os clientes. No entanto, a programação do bar e restaurante do hotel é atroz. Você simplesmente não pode ter o hotel principal em New Haven apenas fornecer refeições ou coquetéis alguns dias por semana ou café da manhã. E esses dois dias têm serviço de bar entre as 17:00. e meia-noite. Isso não é aceitável para um hotel medíocre, muito menos um decente. Este hotel recebe o direito de sobrecarga ... porque é perto de Yale, mas as comodidades são muito pobres. Isso leva este hotel em minha mente de cerca de 4,5 a três. Eu vou ter certeza de tentar um hotel diferente na próxima vez. Mais uma vez, é uma pena, dado o quão maravilhoso é a equipe!

While I've ranked them pretty low on service, that's not a function of the people that work in the hotel. They are fantastic people and are extremely helpful. Really really impressed with their attitudes and their willingness to help patrons. However, the scheduling of the bar and restaurant in the hotel are atrocious. You just can't have the main hotel in New Haven only provide dining or cocktails a couple days a week or breakfasts. And those couple days have bar service between 5:00 p.m. and midnight. That's just not acceptable for a mediocre hotel, let alone a decent one. This hotel gets the overcharge right...Because it's near Yale, but it's amenities are very poor. This takes this hotel in my mind from about a 4.5 to a three. I'll be sure to try a different hotel next time. Again, it's a pity given how wonderful the staff is!

For a four star hotel, it wasn’t anything special. I mean at least I didn’t get bed bugs or crabs. But definitely not worth 230 a night. Walking distance to the ghetto, so I had that going for me. But I’d check out The Blake or new haven hotel before staying here again. Definitely didn’t live up to the Omni name. I mean the bar on the 19th floor had cool views, but bad drinks

Tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui após o nosso casamento. Check-in fácil, funcionários simpáticos, quarto confortável e limpo. Havia uma unidade de ar condicionado funcionando no quarto. A localização também é ótima - parecia seguro e fica a uma curta caminhada de todos os pontos legais de New Haven. Sem reclamações!Reservamos nosso bloco de casamento aqui, o que foi muito fácil de fazer e o representante da Omni foi super útil.

I stayed a couple of nights to attend my nephew's wedding and it was in a great location, awesome views from the 18th floor. I went to the Elm City Market, within walking distance, and my daughter and her boyfriend and I had excellent sandwiches from La (?) Marketa across the street. The room, however, was showing some wear and tear on the drapes and a broken leg on the refrigerator-safe-dresser cabinet. I would go back if I have business in New Haven, hopefully with some improvements

We had a great stay here after our wedding. Easy check in, nice staff, comfortable and clean room. There was a working AC unit in the room. The location is great as well - it felt safe and is easy walking distance to all the cool New Haven spots. No complaints! We reserved our wedding block here which was very easy to do and the Omni representative was super helpful with.

Muito agradável e amigável hotel New Haven perto de tudo. Participou de uma conferência de Yale aqui e também ficou no hotel. Quarto era confortável com vistas agradáveis. A equipe foi amigável e útil. Observo que a garagem de estacionamento estava cheia e isso foi um problema para um colega que chegou com problemas de mobilidade - embora com persuasão eles se acomodassem, mas isso não deveria ter sido tão difícil.

Very nice and friendly New Haven hotel close to everything. Attended a Yale conference here and also stayed at the hotel. Room was comfortable with nice views. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do note that the parking garage filled up and that was an issue for a colleague arriving with mobility issues - though with coaxing they accommodated but that should have not been so difficult.

Acabei de comemorar o chá de panela da minha sobrinha. A equipe foi maravilhoso grito muito amigável para Brenda & Sawa! Eles fizeram um trabalho fenomenal, garantindo que toda a festa fosse cuidada! Just celebrated my nieces bridal shower. The staff was wonderful very friendly shout out to Brenda & Sawa! They did a phenomenal job making sure the whole party was taken care of! I had a great time the food was delicious shout out to Chef Adolfo! I will be returning for another stay! Such a family friendly hotel and loved how clean it was! 🙌🏽👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
