“The reason for the 2 stars is that there was a small fire that caused smoke to fill the hotel. I understand that it’s not the fault of the hotel staff but they also didn’t so much to accommodate the guests. Smoke filled my room and it smelt so bad and was harder to breathe. I opened the windows but it was still bad, so I went for a long walk. When I came back it still smelt of smoke. In the morning I just asked if they could waive breakfast given the inconvenience and they just laughed and said no. Not the service I’d expect from a 5 star hotel.”
