“there was really nothing good to say about my staying. I’m traveling a lot, I know to appreciate good service and I know to show some understanding when issues cause inconveniences. but from the first moment I stepped into the hotel (3 hours after check-in time) I had to sit and wait about 30 minutes so my room will be made by the housekeeping - 3 hours after check-in time!!! not only we had to wait, when we got into the room it wasn’t even properly made, no tissues, not enough soaps or towels and dirty toilet. in addition to the horrible welcome we had, right under the hotel there was a huge event during the whole weekend for the Eurovision. started at 4 PM till 11:30 PM very loud speakers literally shaked our room and caused us for a constant inconvenience - such an event should be mentioned before you book your order but there was no warning about that whatsoever. housekeeping staff that came into our room while we are in there in spite the fact the “do not disturb” sign was on! extra charges that popped up even though the whole reservation was fully paid on arrival and short temper staff. all of the above and more completely ruined my vacation and I will definitely never coming back to the NH collection hotels and will advise to everyone who ask me - to do the same.”
