“The staff are really friendly, but my room was a big disappointment.
Everything was really worn out: the floor looks like it has been there for decades, loose wires were coming out of the telephone, the doors were damaged and there was even mold in the corners on the ceiling (see pictures).
This is certainly not a 4-star hotel and not worth the money they're asking. There are far better hotels in Brussels for the same price.”

“Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Always smiling and helpful. I forgot my phone charger in the room and I checked out. I came back after 12 hrs. And asked for it. All the staff at the desk were helping and asking . And finally, it was there still in the room . Untouched. Thank you for your help and for your professionalism.”
