“There are no Air Conditions in the rooms!! And summers can be quiet warm in Bariloche. Even the heating is not controlled in each individual rooms. We were able to sleep for two hours with the windows open while hearing the noise from the outside. Who would have thought a decent hotel like NH would not have a basic AC. Mattresses are also awful, you can feel the metal pieces under the polyester sheets which would make you sweat even more. I hundred percent recommend you to stay away from this property. The "cute" outside look of the hotel in the photos are definitely deceiving.”

“The room is good! But without air conditioning. I don’t understand how at this time this kind of hotel have an awful wifi service! It’s imposible have a good internet connection, even at the lobby. The worst WIFI service at all!
Other issue was you have to pay for the parking service! I understand they don’t have the enough capacity for all the rooms, but at least they can offers free for the first rooms to check.
Sometimes is better do the reservation in a small family hotel than this big corporation.
