“Daria à equipe 5 estrelas com certeza. Todo mundo foi legal e útil. Mas o hotel não é limpo e os lençóis definitivamente não são de alta qualidade. Sem edredom, apenas 2 lençóis planos cobrindo um edredom acinzentado sujo. Atualmente não está de acordo com os padrões Kimpton.”
