“As a Marriott Ambassador member, this is one of the worst experiences I have had at Marriott Brands. Absolute ZERO recognition of my elite membership, and didn't provide any room upgrades. Moreover, the room was dirty and the floor was sticky. I mentioned this to the front desk and no one cared about it (No one showed up to clean the floor or offer to change to a room). The only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast, the breakfast was pretty good and you can dine next to the pool. But I'm not coming back to this place again.”

“We stayed here for the first time last weekend and we were very pleasantly surprised how much we loved it. The rooms were clean and great. The staff was super friendly! While we ate breakfast there, a couple of the staff members really stood out. We were greeted by Dee and we watched as she chatted and made sure all the guests were happy and enjoying their meals. Our server was JC and he was excellent. Let’s not forget the front desk either. They were all super helpful. Especially Anna! We will be coming back very soon!!!”
