Fantastic location in the heart of Paris, close to most activities you would wish and want to do. The personalized service is most welcoming and the garden centrepiece which every room looks onto invokes a sense of tranquility that really makes the hotel a secret hideaway in a busy city. The quality of the breakfast at Camélia with both excellent French boulangerie and Asian Dim Sum selection is also something we highly recommend.

Mandarin Oriental, Paris, is an exceptional hotel where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well looked after and pampered. Everything at the hotel calls for effortless perfection: from the booking process, the welcome email before the stay, the amenities in the room,the room itself of course, the thoughtful touches of the housekeeping team, the knowledge and efficiency of the concierge team. I particularly enjoyed the check-in experience with lovely Chloe. Thank you Mandarin Oriental for creating long-lasting family memories of a FANtastic stay in the city of lights.

The Mandarin Oriental, Paris is a beautiful haven in the middle of a bustling city. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the food sublime and the service impeccable. The concierge team was able to recommend exactly the types of restaurants we were looking for and in general all the staff members are very warm and helpful. Thank you for making my birthday/anniversary celebration weekend stay special!

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris was wonderful. The check in was easy and personalized, our suite wasn't ready yet so we were given a different room to use in the meantime. Everyone we worked with during our stay was so accommodating and friendly. We received daily surprises in our room which were delicious. We will definitely be back if we're in Paris again.

Hermoso hotel, con excelente ubicación y muy buen servicios, El bar tiene muchísima vida el staff siempre con la mejor disposición de ayudar, durante todo el tiempo están muy al pendiente.El desayuno muy bien y el jardín interno es una joya.Las habitaciones pueden ser pequeñas así que mejor reservar a partir de la habitación Mandarin.

I had the most wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, Paris. The location could have not been more perfect, the hotel is stunning but most of all the team is extraordinary. They went above and beyond to meet every one of my requests and the best part they did it with a smile. In Room Dining service was so prompt, Camelia breakfast was delicious and service was excellent, the ambiance of the garden could have not been more perfect. Adrian at the Concierge was able to secure some of the best restaurants for us and Alexia helped with our last minute reservation for tea at Ritz. House car was such a bonus and Door Staff always tried to get it for us without having to ask. It was my friend's birthday during the stay and they were so sweet to arrange a birthday amenity along with a card, the acknowledgment was fantastic. There is no better place to stay when in Paris. Unlike a lot of the palace hotels in Paris that feel a little pompous, this was such a perfect oasis in the middle of Paris. Cannot say thank you enough for a perfect stay!

The rooms were lovely. The service from most of the staff was excellent. The garden lounge was beautiful. I had to bring a caregiver at the last minute and while they made arrangemnts for a room, they would not provide it at the same price as I was paying. 4 nights for a caregiver room was $9000+ CDN and there was no opportunity for even discussion. It was triple what I paid for my room. I won't be back.

Our last visit was back in 2015 and we couldn't wait to get back. After this last trip, which exceeded our exceptions, we remembered why we were so eager to return. The entire staff was friendly, professional and exceptionally welcoming. For 4 days we were made to feel like family. The property itself is stunning and the service from the staff (Bar 8, Camila and concierge team was fantastic as well). We cannot wait to return to our home in Paris!

Lived here for a while and I absolutely loved this place! The laundry was a bit expensive I think I spent over €500 to have all my clothes washed and folded otherwise everything was exceptional! Highly recommend this place to everyone as the location is walking distance to everything. Beautiful hotel lobby as well, reminds me a lot of Dubai. 5 stars!

I will talk about my experience, the hotel is good, but I have a note about the service. I asked the hotel for a nanny for my little girl, so they sent me a Moroccan nationality nanny once I entered the room, so suddenly I found her treating my child badly, I got annoyed with her a lot.

Rester simple 🍽🍷🇫🇷 mais beau! Assim é a abordagem do chef @thierrymarx no Camelia (@michelinguide ⭐️ ), localizado no atrium-pulmão 🌿do @mo_paris. Um espaço zen très chic com pratos que seguem a linha dos clássicos gastronômicos franceses com toques asiáticos. Fiz o menu à la carte, mas durante o almoço há também o menu table d'hôte. Na primeira foto, o Carpaccio de Poulpe 🐙, piquillos 🌶 et condiments safranés. Para o principal pedi o Filet de Veau e na 2ª foto, o Paris Brest, um clássico da pâtisserie française criado em 1891 em homenagem a uma corrida de bicicletas que ia de Paris a Brest e que é feito principalmente de pralinê, a massa de choux e o creme mousseline. Nota A+ do começo ao fim, inclusive para a sugestão do vinho que harmonizou perfeitamente. Esse hotel é maravilhoso, quando cheguei fiz uma reserva só durou mais ou menos 1 minuto. Quando cheguei ao meu quarto estava todo organizado com a s fotos dos meus irmãos, até me emocionei depois eu fui ao restaurante Camélia era todo organizada e o prato que pedi estava muito bom. Nunca mais esquecerei esses dias.

An excellent hotel, with great service, the staff are on top of everything and they go out of their way to make your stay excellent. The room is very comfortable, and the wifi is perfectly fast, and I did love the shower.The room service was on point and very efficient. And the food was very tasty.The spa in the hotel is truly on another level and must be experienced.Truly a Luxury 5 star hotel.

Always a delightful stay at Mandarin Oriental. In Paris recently and had opportunity to stay at Mandarin Oriental, Paris. Nice comfortable chic suite and wonderful service. Lucky that during our two night stay the hotel was transitioning flowers from late winter to early spring. So we got to enjoy two different flower arrangements. Really recommend you to try going to 8. Superb enclosed garden feel. Lobby lounge Camellia was a bit busy so if in a hurry might want to try other places but if you have time, the vibe's really cozy.

I have been here many times, however this is my worst experience in mandarin! People work here without passion! Service is bad in restaurant when we have breakfast, they even split water on customer! Bread is not fresh as well! I am disappointed in house cleaning, the slippers and towers are not put right place! I don’t know what happened to mandarin oriental Paris? It have been the warmest hotel in Paris! But not any more!

I went there twice ❤️First it was for cocktails, it had cozy and chill ambience so perfect to linger during the lazy day.Lots of cocktails choices but the service took time though. Attentive service indeed.Quite pricey, 27€ glass, but bisch it was good.Second time it was for the brunch. Lots of choices and all of them were fresh and delicious. The main dishes were to die for.Recommended
