“Came here for a spa day to end our holiday in Venice. They have a free shuttle service from mainland Venice located near the royal gardens in San Marco. We payed for a massage which includes all day access to the spa area and pool. Considering the quality of massage and the spa the price was great compared to similar places I looked. The spa area is gorgeous and private with views of Venice. After our spa we walked round the island which looked amazing.”

“I think companies and people should be judged by their most difficult moments and Marriott’s service during COVID has been despicable. I Booked 5 hotels in May in Italy for our honeymoon and this is the only one to refuse to give us a refund. Only offering a voucher that we can’t use. Alessandra Cannas’, the reservation agent, customer service is disappointing to say the least.”
