“The location is excellent as an obvious perk of this five star hotel. However, I don’t say this lightly. I’ve stayed at many Intercontinental hotels before and I’m a top tier ambassador member and the staff at the lounge especially Luis and Jayne were truly great and went above and beyond. They were both so helpful and caring that I feel anyone lucky enough to go to the intercontinental lounge at the hotel is in for a treat. Luis in particular he was so attentive and caring that I felt I was at a fine dinning establishment. I hope I spelled their names correctly, but regardless if you’re looking for a quality, comfortable and enjoyable location this is a great hotel for you. The staff deserve the praise above the location and amenities.”

“What makes this hotel great is the staff, they were all excellent and very helpful.
Special mention goes to the breakfast staff, Fernanda was incredibly professional, friendly and really went the extra mile to cater for our fussy diet. Breakfast was delicious, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Our standard room was a good size for central London, bed was good, pillows were too soft and old.”
