“Hyatt is usually our 'go to' for Lubbock. Front desk staff are always wonderful and it is usually clean. In comparison to other Lubbock hotels, I'd rate it a 4-5
Our room was not as clean as it should be on this trip. Return vent was terribly dirty, shower curtain liner was covered in mildew at the bottom, 1 toilet paper roll had less than 1/4 roll left, and carpet turned my feet black (didn't look dirty, but something was on it).
Not typical of this Hyatt. We will stay again; it is definitely more clean than others in Lubbock.”
