“Seems that housekeeping has taken a serious hit from COVID. Rooms arent cleaned during your stay and poorly between guests. Dead bug on the ottoman right as I came in the door. Mirrors dirty, but i wasn't afraid to walk barefoot. Breakfast is decent and coffee downstairs is always good!”

“I have stayed at many Hyatt Place locations and come with high expectations for this chain. The highlights were the friendly service provided by the staff. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms were very dated and in need of remodel; the paint was pealing off the previously re-painted old tub, the carpet had a large red stain and the general interior of the room was dark and appearance of being dirty. The breakfast was low quality and mediocre. Please remodel for your employee and staff's sake.”
