“Hyatt comes with a certain brand expectancy and I thought this hotel did a great job of delivering. We have to remember as patrons that some businesses are still being affected by the COVID. Things are not quite normal yet I could tell this staff is doing a fabulous job and are building a team! Devin and his new trainee held the Night Shift down well! I wish there was a bartender all week long outside but I still enjoyed Tara's service on the weekends anyway! Whoever this General Manager is right now! Kudos to you darling because your staff is extremely helpful and kind in all of their assistance! Hyatt never disappointed! You truly helped me enjoy my vacation this week! First one in 2 years!”
