“I've stayed at this hotel regularly a few times per year and unfortunately it's been going downhill. The good, great bartender Luis, close to airport, easy garage parking. Unfortunately, food quality has been going down, rooms are not kept up to standard. Had to request a couple times to front desk by phone ask for soap to the front desk (because no shampoo, bar soap, etc when I checked in) before going down. Last the AC; this works on a motion sensor. So while sleeping had it at 72, but would creep up to 78 wake me up and when I moved would turn back on.I know this is an eco standard nowadays, but every other hotel can set it to stay on at night.Also poor luck with shuttle when not parking here. We're still recovering from covid so hope this location improves. I've se hospedaram no hotel regularmente algumas vezes por ano e, infelizmente, foi downhill. O bom, ótimo barman Luis, perto do aeroporto, estacionamento fácil na garagem. Infelizmente, a qualidade dos alimentos está caindo, os quartos não são mantidos no padrão. Tive que solicitar algumas vezes a recepção por telefone, pedir sabonete na recepção (porque não havia xampu, sabonete em barra, etc. quando fiz o check-in) antes de descer. Por último o AC; isso funciona em um sensor de movimento. Então, enquanto dormia tinha 72, mas rastejava até 78 me acordava e quando eu me mudava ligava novamente. Eu sei que isso é um padrão ecológico hoje em dia, mas qualquer outro hotel pode configurá-lo para ficar à noite. Também má sorte com transporte quando não estacionar aqui. Ainda estamos nos recuperando do covid, então espero que essa localização melhore.”

“Low rating for the experience. We were exhausted from traveling and asked for an early check-in and wanted to get in the room. As a part of the Hilton Honors program this hotel does not honor early check in without and overrated fee. We have traveled to many other big cities before and not be charge that fee. The layout of the room is self was nice. We did have to go and sanitize behind housekeeping. There were dirty spots around the room that we saw as well as party supplies left hanging from the ceiling. Also, when my wife and I looked out the window of the hotel the windows were extremely dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable and hard as a brick!!! We both had horrible back aches for a few days. The down comforter was yellow-looked as it had been bleached a number of times. I don’t understand why they just didn’t put a new cover on the bed. We also didn’t get much rest considering the fact the we heard heavy traffic all night long. When trying to express our concerns with the front desk she brushed us off. So inconsiderate and unprofessional!!! The experience at this hotel did not stand up to the Hilton Honors standard. We will not be staying at another Homewood suites by Hilton.”
