“Desculpe não ficar mais uma noite, mas a família está nos esperando no Tennessee. Hotel construído por volta de 2018 e ainda parece novo. Muito fresco e limpo. Muito acessível para deficientes. Excelente equipe simpática e prestativa. Apresenta um restaurante interior. O café da manhã era muito bom. Serviço excelente. Nosso quarto no quinto andar tinha um deck privativo agradável que tinha uma vista aberta do Rio Ohio. Uma brisa suave e refrescante soprou sobre nós enquanto desfrutávamos do tráfego noturno do rio. A piscina e o espaçoso pátio ao ar livre são muito agradáveis. Sem banheira de hidromassagem, seria bom ter pelo menos uma sauna.”

“Poderia ter sido muito melhor. Nosso colchão tinha um buraco que estava do meu lado ou a cama que parecia uma cratera. Perguntamos sobre isso e eles estavam tendo problemas e atualmente estamos substituindo os colchões. Minha coisa é esta. Se você pode construir e mobiliar um hotel INTEIRO com móveis, por que não pode substituir TODOS os colchões DEFEITUOSOS de uma só vez?! Minhas costas ainda estão doendo e já faz mais de duas semanas desde que estivemos lá. Se voltarmos a Paducah, NÃO vamos ficar lá e sempre ficamos no Holiday Inn ou Holiday Inn Express.Entendemos que você não sabe como seus convidados vão agir, mas você deve verificar seus andares em determinados horários da noite. As crianças corriam. Caramba, os adultos estavam gritando para cima e para baixo no corredor depois das 23h!! Isto era para ser uma instalação livre de fumo e as pessoas estavam fumando. Não é bom.A única razão pela qual você tem 2 estrelas é por causa da localização.”
