“Have stayed here 6 times over the last year. Great experience until this last time. Stayed for 3 nights each time. Soap was never replaced after 1st night. Went to front counter and asked for more bar soap and was given lotion. Next day, asked for more bar soap and was again offered body lotion. Told front desk we would be back after dinner and expected soap. When we returned was told there was no soap available and it was to be assumed that since housekeeping did not replenish supply, soap was not available. WTH!!!!!! No customer service. Experience up to this date was great. New owners??? New management??? Either way, next time in Nashville, we will not be staying here!!”

“This hotel was super clean. If you're looking for a quiet place easily accessible to everything, this is a place to go. I would have given it five stars, however the front desk attendant was not very friendly at all and not very helpful when I needed something. However, the cleaning staff took time to fill my requests.”
