Out of date dump. Hallways STINK. Ice machine area propped open by chair with sign to keep open and its loud! Pool area is FILTH! Some kind of noise squealing from a vent that sounds like a low volume fire alarm. Really pleasant. Unreal that it carries the Holiday Inn name. Should be burned down.

Eu vejo a senhora da recepção se escondendo no corredor em seu celular! Não é o telefone do hotel! Seu celular pessoal! Perguntei se ela chamou a polícia e ela não respondeu. Alguns minutos depois, sem fazer outro telefonema, digo a ela que se ela não chamar a polícia agora, eu ligo! Ela diz que vai verificar o quarto. Perguntei a ela por que ela verificaria o quarto sem a presença da polícia? Ela me ignorou e foi embora. Nosso quarto ficava no 3º andar e essa senhora estava magicamente de volta ao andar do saguão em talvez 5 minutos! Não havia absolutamente nenhuma maneira de ela checar aquele quarto! Acreditamos que este é o ponto que ela decidiu notificar a polícia; não realmente verificar o quarto. Eu sabia que algo estava muito errado sobre o que estava acontecendo! Ela então me diz que não há ninguém na sala. Perguntei a ela onde eles foram? Ela disse: “Não sei o que te dizer, mas não há ninguém no seu quarto”. Eu disse: “eles não desapareceram no ar! Verifique as câmeras. Eu tenho pertences lá!” Ela me disse que a câmera naquele andar não funciona. Bem, não é tão conveniente! Eu disse a ela que há câmeras internas e externas por toda parte, verifique-as! Ela não me respondeu e foi embora, me ignorando completamente! A polícia chega junto com 3 membros do nosso grupo. A polícia está se preparando para nos escoltar para verificar o quarto e o funcionário nos diz que nossa chave não funcionará. Agora estamos descobrindo o que está acontecendo neste hotel! Os funcionários e seus amigos sabiam que nosso grupo estaria fora de nossos quartos, deixando-os sem vigilância por várias horas. Então, depois que nosso grupo saiu para o casamento, os funcionários desativaram nossas chaves, reemitiram as chaves para seus amigos para obter acesso aos nossos quartos. O que eles não esperavam, era que um dos hóspedes voltasse cedo ao hotel, pegando o estranho no quarto! Quando a porta se abriu, o estranho pareceu assustado e disse: “como funcionou a chave?” Não, "o que você está fazendo no meu quarto?" They need an upgrade rooms had stains on the floor ice machines didn't work on any floors. Had to ask for towels because there was only 1 bath towel in the room. For the money they want it's not worth it I won't stay there again.

PLEASE READ prior to booking!! Do NOT stay at this hotel! For your own safety, please! They are running a well-organized theft ring. The hotel staff and their friends. We contacted the police and this is an ongoing process. We will be contacting IHG corporate office and hopefully they take matters seriously and investigate it. We will also spread the word about this scam hotel anywhere and everywhere possible!! We had a wedding party staying at this location and we are still shocked at the events that transpired! Imagine coming back to your hotel room only to find a complete stranger in your room!! I immediately went down to the front desk, told the lady, who responded shockingly and appalling rude! She also didn’t seem surprised or act as though this was a big deal! I told her the police need to be called immediately. She refused to call the police and told me there was no need to jump to conclusions and it’s most likely a misunderstanding. Um, what??! There is someone in my room who does not belong there, with my belongings inside! She was incredibly rude and I contacted a family member and told them to get to the hotel immediately! I see the front desk lady hiding down the hall on her cell phone! Not the hotel phone! Her personal cell phone! I asked her if she called the police and she didn’t answer. A few minutes later, without making another phone call, I tell her if she doesn’t call the police right now, I am! She says she is going to check the room. I asked her why she would check the room without police present? She ignored me and walked away. Our room was on the 3rd floor and this lady was magically back on the lobby floor in maybe 5 minutes! There was absolutely no way she checked that room! We believe this is the point she decided to notify the police; not actually check the room. I knew something was very off about what was happening! She then tells me there is nobody in the room. I asked her where they went? She said, “I don’t know what to tell you but there is nobody in your room.” I said, “they didn’t vanish into thin air! Check the cameras. I have belongings in there!” She told me the camera’s on that floor don’t work. Well isn’t that convenient! I told her there are interior and exterior cameras all over, check them! She didn’t respond to me and walked away, completely ignoring me! The police arrive along with 3 members of our group. The police are getting ready to escort us up to check the room and the employee then tells us our key won’t work. Now we are figuring out what’s going on at this hotel! The employees and their friends knew our group would be out of our rooms, leaving the rooms unattended for several hours. So after our group left for the wedding, the employees deactivated our keys, reissued keys to their friends to gain access to our rooms. What they did not expect, was for one of the guests to arrive back at the hotel early, catching the stranger in the room! When the door opened, the stranger looked startled and said, “how did the key work?” Not, “what are you doing in my room?” When the female employee went off in the hallway to use her cell phone, we believe she called the guy who was in our room and told him to quickly leave. This gave them time before police arrived. As more members of our party arrived back at the hotel, multiple people had keys to their room that were not working! So multiple rooms were accessed while we were away from our rooms! There are no words to describe how uneasy, unsettling, and infuriating this situation is! Not only is it illegal, but a complete violation of one’s privacy! So if you are looking at this hotel, DON’T STAY HERE!!!

A melhor parte da viagem foi conhecer Jackie, a Diretora de Alimentos e Bebidas! Minha mãe e eu não tínhamos certeza de onde queríamos jantar e nos arriscamos apenas com base na vibe de Jackie! Ela nos disse que tudo era sua receita e ela mesma cozinhou! Para nossa surpresa, não só conseguimos comida EXCELENTE, grandes tamanhos de porção, bom gosto, mas também uma ótima conversa! Eu recomendo ir até o restaurante! Minha mãe e eu comemos o jantar de lombo, eu comi uma sopa de macarrão com frango, ela comeu uma salada e nós duas comemos margaritas de morango, todas feitas por Jackie! Obrigado Jackie pela comida e serviço fenomenal.

A apenas se hospedaram no Holiday Inn em Aurora por duas noites enquanto visitam a família na região. Fiquei surpreso ao descobrir que a equipe de arrumação NÃO limpará seu quarto todos os dias se você ficar no hotel por mais de uma noite. O pessoal da recepção nos informou disso quando perguntamos por que nosso quarto não foi limpo no segundo dia de nossa estadia. Ela disse que eles só limparão o quarto SE o hóspede solicitar, devido à falta de funcionários. Se essa for a política deles, isso deve ser declarado em seu site ao fazer a reserva ou exibido em destaque durante o check-in (o que não é). Portanto, a conclusão é que você não deve pagar o preço total por um quarto por menos do que o serviço completo em um Holiday Inn. Não está de acordo com os padrões da marca. Não é legal.

Eu não estive em um Holiday Inn em um longo período de tempo. Eu conheci Brianna J que foi muito útil. Além disso, os quartos do hotel cheiravam bem e os salões eram muito limpos e os trabalhadores estavam ocupados. Isso foi muito bom de ver.

I haven't been in a Holiday Inn in a long period of time. I met Brianna J which was so helpful. Also, the hotel rooms smelt good and halls were very clean and the workers were busy. This was very nice to see.

Just stayed at this Holiday Inn in Aurora for two nights while visiting family in the area. Was surprised find out that their housekeeping staff will NOT clean your room every day if you stay at their hotel for more than one night. The front desk personnel informed us of this when we inquired why our room wasn’t cleaned the second day of our stay. She said they will only clean the room IF the guest requests it, due to a shortage of staff. If that’s their policy then it should be stated on their website while making the reservation or displayed prominently during check-in (which it is not). So, the bottom line is that you shouldn’t have to pay full price for a room for less than full service at a Holiday Inn. Not up to the brand standards. Not cool.

The best part of the trip was meeting Jackie , the Food and Beverage Director! My mom and I were unsure of where we wanted to have dinner and we took a chance just based on Jackie’s vibe ! She told us everything was her recipe and she cooked it herself! To our surprise not only did we get GREAT food, great portion sizes , great taste but also really great conversation! I highly recommend going down to the restaurant ! My mom and I both got the ribeye dinner, I got a chicken noodle soup, she got a salad and we both had strawberry margaritas all made by Jackie! Thank you Jackie for the phenomenal food and service.
