“Péssima estadia! Quarto estava sujo e mofado. Vários lugares tinham ferrugem e era evidente que o quarto não estava limpo corretamente. A tampa do ar condicionado caiu no meio da noite revelando mofo no aparelho. Pedi que trocassem meus lençóis e a governanta os trouxe, mas não os colocou na cama, então tive que fazer isso. Estava abaixo dos padrões abaixo da média e a limpeza é tão importante durante o COVID! Os salões cheiravam a fumaça, os cães latiam a noite toda. O hotel recusou um reembolso, apesar de eu tirar fotos da sujeira. O gerente se recusou a falar comigo ou retornar qualquer ligação. Economize seu dinheiro e fique em outro lugar!”
