“The worst hotel I’ve seen!! I asked for a room with a ocean view and received a room with partial view that smelled wet and smokey. I walked out immediately and left the hotel only to find out that they charged my card three times and after receiving my refund four days later I was charged for going I. The room.. I spoke with mangers and directors regarding the issue and the attitude was the terrible Susan Pabst and George Issac. Horrible customer service! Will never stay at Hilton again. This experience ruined our trip. Fair warning this hotel is out dated and the staff sucks.”
