“Wonderful hotel, run by a great staff!!! I was treated like a king during my recent 8 night stay. Room was upgraded for no charge, breakfast included was delicious. Location was incredible. I think what made my stay so very great was the staff. They treated me so well I could not have been more pleased. I can't wait to come back to Kyiv and I will not consider any other hotel.”

“Magnificent property, the rooms feel like you are in a castle, the service is very good, and loved both the breakfast and the business lunch in their restaurant. The spa area is also very relaxing, even though the pool is on the small side. The gold lounge is also exceptional and provide a serene atmosphere. Our best choice to stay in Kiev”
