“Se Hospedaram lá várias vezes antes. O lugar caiu muito. Piso do quarto sujo. O café da manhã era lamentável. A cadeira da escrivaninha parecia ter sido tirada de uma lixeira. A esposa ficou doente de fumaça de cloro quando a porta da piscina foi aberta. Se Hospedaram 2 noites toalhas não foram trocadas. Não recomendo este lugar.”

If I didnt pay then why was my $114.45 put back on my card, so they just give room keys/cards out without paying ??? Tara you are wrong & you should find another job because your customer service skills are the worst.
By the way, even if you guys give out keys for free you dont have to worry I wont be back. My family back there said you did me a favor because the word is that the place has bedbugs. Not the first encounter I had with her but the last. Reading the reviews you need FIRED & quick”
