We love this hotel🥰 nice pool we been here couple times. The only thing this visit I wasn’t so happy that the room wasn’t clean as expected, you can feel they haven’t change the sheets that it’s not fresh and someone was sleeping on it before, also the bathroom wasn’t clean as expected. Usually it is but this time was a little disappointed. But the amenities are amazing, nice view and really good customer service the front desk that checked us in was really nice.

Our room was huge, with an excellent bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had everything you need. All staff were excellent, and all public areas are very nice, including bar, pools etc. There are even bikes on site to hire for a lovely ride alongside the beach. The beach area beyond the hotel is very nice, with free sun beds for hotel guests.

I traveled with my Cousin and her Daughter from NY and we were welcomed with big smiles and kind Darius & Samantha. They gave us all the info on what's included with our stay and answered all of our questions. Our room was beautiful and clean. Slept so peaceful. Room service was quick and the lovely Lady who delivered it was nice as well. I would definitely book here again on my next visit.

Well the place was nice to look at. Parking was a smooth process. That’s about it as far as the positive. I shouldn’t have to ask to have my room cleaned every day, especially with all the extra fees it should be expected not requested. Also I should be able to communicate with my cleaning lady. A cleaning lady that “doesn’t” speak English is a major issue. On the beach when I select no tip but instead give the tip in cash, I shouldn’t still be charged a tip to my room. That’s just grimmey. Miami again sure, Eden Roc again, HELL NO!!!!! I’m sure at some point someone from the hotel will see this and post the usual “oh we’re so sorry and we’ll make sure this never happens again in the future” but that does nothing for me and my stay. I don’t care how you’ll “do better” for the next guest, but instead how are you going to make this right for me. That’s what these responses lack. Asking me to come back for the same things to happen isn’t a solution. The response did not even address what I had mentioned. Not once did I mention payments or pricing. Also not a single response about the room service issue.

The spa lobby is deceiving-from the exterior it looks like any smalll shop in a hotel. But from the moment we entered the spa lobby it was set apart from the hotel. It was tranquil, with muted colors, welcoming scents and the staff slowed down to provide an extra sense of calm. Beyond the lobby, awaited a beautifully decorated, courteously staffed and well stocked/equipped spa. The couples massage room was wonderful and staff were so attentive. The tranquility room has a way of transporting you out of your busy life and into a peaceful spa mindset. The locker rooms offer sauna, hot tub, a cold plunge and more. Along with a place to lounge after your services. Our only downside, is it’s pricey. Otherwise, We highly recommend this hidden gem!

This hotel is not good at all. The service in none existent because they are understaffed. This poor service does not merit the automatic 20% gratuity. My room was not cleaned for two days. The loungers at the pool have sunk in so badly that your are laying on metal. Note to management- laying on a prison bench is not comfortable. I often found myself self servicing and calling the front desk. Honestly, if this hotel comes up on your radar, do yourself a favor and skip it.

The hotel is nice but their service is lacking big time. Maybe they are understaffed but at this point I am tired of excuses.We spent over 5k for a few days here and I expected to be treated much better.Having to wait almost two hours for room service only to find out it isn’t coming before we leave is unacceptable.I would have went elsewhere for breakfast instead of waiting two hours for food that didn’t come. The majority of the stay was nice, the scenery is nice and the property is maintained.Service is lacking on the food front, the housekeeping was excellent.I wish I could give you more stars but this is the 3rd time this trip we waited a very very long time for food here.Don’t come hungry!!

I don’t mind no-frills places, but if that’s your thing as an establishment, don’t pretend that your vibe is 50’s glamour and charge over $300/ night and be basic AF. First, if you are planning on staying here, you need a sleeping mask because the smoke alarm will be flashing a bright green strobe light. The front desk says this is on every smoke alarm in every room. The housecleaning staff took all of our towels on the second day and I had to call and ask them to bring us towels three times until they finally showed up at 11pm with towels. The AC in the room is horrible/ there was no ventilation and you can’t use the pool after sundown. It was all very disappointing. Definitely don’t recommend.

The hotel is wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay but we were charged $400 on our credit card for incidentals and were told that that money would be refunded when we left the hotel by the clerk at the desk. The refund never showed up on our credit card statement so I called The hotel and they said that they would refund it and still no refund. I then filled out a customer satisfaction survey and mentioned it again and still no communication from Eden rock at all. Very disappointed and I will have to dispute this charge with my credit card company now which is too bad because otherwise they are a wonderful hotel 😞

This was a very disappointing stay. For a 4-star hotel you expect excellence, well it wasn’t. The hotel is very overpriced. This hotel is old, needs renovations and an uplift. Our bathroom knobs were all broken, first falling off and then getting stuck. We needed to literally push with our might to release them as no one at reception was picking up. At some point, we saw a mouse run across the balcony (we were on the third floor), which is obviously gross. We ordered food and it was pricey and not good. The stairwell smelled disgusting and when we used the elevators and they weren’t coming, apparently they got stuck for over 20 mins. The worst, the Internet didn’t connect in our room the entire time we were there!! Lastly, I forgot my glasses when I checked out. I called the hotel literally hours later and no one answered. After calling for over 24 hours, finally I reached someone and they told me housekeeping didn’t find anything. This was so unacceptable forcing me to think that housekeeping would through away a pair of glasses or maybe steal them?? When I tried to speak to a manager he offered nothing and there was no follow up or apologies. Frustrating and disappointing. Topping off a rather horrible stay and removing a star. Bad management and service. This is not how I expect a 4 star resort to be. I do not recommend this hotel, do not stay here and spend your money somewhere worth it. I will obviously never stay here again.

Property is really nice. Not too crowded. Outdoor staff at pool and beach were very nice and accommodating. I have been staying at this hotel all my life. This time in particular, I was very unimpressed with the new management that was put in place. They wanted to charge you for every time you breathed!! LITERALLY! A fridge, an available upgrade, I put something on top of their fridge bar and suddenly got a $255 charge. In the “old days” for repeat costumers they gave free parking vouchers, free drinks.. it felt like spirit airlines.

Decent room and quieter than I expected. Ocean view if you craned your neck. Staff visited the room at least 3x day which I thought was excessive. Does anyone still want their bed turned down? In a pandemic? Everything was expensive ($15 for a national brand beer?). Nice patio and pool area.

Este hotel é bem localizado, tem um lobby super charmoso, ótimo café da manhã ! A noite obra do lobby fica muito alegre frequentemente encontram-se astro da música e outras personagens.... o serviço é atencioso. Quartos amplos e com ótima vista, porém um pouco gastos, alguns já foram reformados. As piscinas e a praia são ótimos!

We liked our stay here. The room is spacious, location was great and beach service was awesome. However, they did not honor my request for a room far from the elevator, instead they gave us a room right next to the elevator and on the lowest floor. The worst thing was that they had to repair something at 5 am and make a lot of noise.

The booking website is a bit confusing. Better to check with hotel and get south tower, which is recently renovated and has better view. We got Oceanfront suite. The view is fantastic. There are many extra charges, like using the fridge. Food tastes good, but room service is a little over charged.

Do not stay here. I am so disappointed in my experience at Eden Roc. The pools are nice and the beach is beautiful (if you can get a chair). The rooms are disgusting. Any positive this place has gets negated with how filthy the rooms are. And your lucky if your room gets clean before 5pm. The sheets are not being changed. The tables, floors, rugs are not being vacuumed or wiped in anyway. The bathrooms are NEVER cleaned. Just swap out the towels. This should not be a 5 star hotel. And I thought maybe it was just our experience, but nope. Almost everyone I talked to here is grossed out by the dirty rooms. I will never stay here again and will not let anyone I know stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My boyfriend and I booked the deluxe king ocean view room and it was lovely. We were on the 5th floor so wish we were higher for a better view but it was still very nice. The pools and dining amenities were great, but we spent most of our time on the beachfront property and the staff on the beach were awesome.

My husband and I traveled here during Art Basel and COVID. I try to give service people a little slack these days, as everyone is short staffed - I forgot that getting on a plane to a beautiful part of the world and paying for a nice hotel is not exempt from this reality. I'm confident that this review would be different if short staffing was not an issue.Having said that, our room had good bones, as it was quiet with a comfortable bed. The sheets and towels were clean, as were the flat surfaces. The light switches and bathroom door handle were not clean. There was something brown on the window curtains.The next day, we started to get ready and realized there was no hair dryer, iron or ironing board. We called and requested these items. Someone brought the iron and ironing board up within half an hour. I called down again about the hair dryer. They said they'd be up. When it got to the hour mark, I took my hangry, curl wearing self to the front lobby to investigate. The woman helping me at the front desk sounded powerless over being able to help. She said she had to open a ticket. A woman also getting help offered me her hair dryer. If not for her, I might still be down there right now, withering away.If I travel to Miami again while the pandemic is here, I'm inclined to go through VRBO.

Quiero hacer una especial mención a Mayelin y a todo su equipo(Social Hostess del Ocean Restaurant) por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. La comida está deliciosa y bien pagada. La ubicación es espectacular...pero el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones es HORRIBLE e INEXISTENTE, no reponen totallas, ni la nevera, no hacen las camas, no limpian la terraza, no se puede andar por el suelo de la habitacion sin zapatos porque te deja los pies NEGROS de la suciedad, no te limpian la papelera, ni la ducha. Me quedé en la habitación una mañana para ver qué es lo que hacían y te aprietan un poquito la cama para que se vea "hecha" y ya! ¡¡Todavía tenía los calcetines dentro xd!! Obviamente no cambian las sábanas, la primera noche todo tenía polvo, ¡¡La habitación nos costaba 600€ la noche, y cada día que pasaba era un infierno volver a esta!! Quiero destacar también que la gente de recepción es maleducada y borde. No vamos a volver porque fue un asco.

The value and service at this place is top notch. The entire complex is breathtaking. Staff is polite beach access and pools are convenient and beautiful. The food options are super expensive with small portions but everything nearby is also. I would definitely stay here again in my next visit.

Outside of the bar and restaurant I didn't enjoy anything about this hotel. I stayed here during Art Basel weekend. A few days before my stay, the hotel emailed me asking if I wanted to upgrade my room. I agreed to pay an extra $203 for the upgrade. When I checked in, they confirmed the price but when I went to the room, it was the standard room. I went back to the front desk, and they told me they were booked for the weekend, and refunded the charge. I don't know why they didn't just tell me this initially, instead of letting me going up to a room I didn't pay for. In the standard room, you can see into other rooms from the bed, which makes things very uncomfortable. There’s only one window, so we closed the curtains to avoid seeing other rooms/them seeing us. With the closed curtains the room felt like a dungeon.When I got to the room, I immediately noticed the room was not clean. The bed was made, but I could feel crumbs on the carpet as I was walking. There was also a plastic cup right in the middle of the floor. The bathroom had strands of hair on the floor that did not belong to me. There was also only one tiny bar of soap in the shower, and no shampoo or conditioner. I didn't make a fuss of any of this since I was only staying for the weekend, and would be gone for the majority of the day.The next day I left the room before noon. When I came back later that evening I noticed housekeeping came and somehow made the room dirtier. I noticed more dirt on the floor and there was an open water bottle on the night stand and some designer lotion in the bathroom that someone had left. They also took all of the towels from the bathroom. I called the front desk around 10 pm and asked for more towels and was told someone would be up, but they never came. The next morning I tried to call again but no one ever answered the phone. I ended up grabbing some towels from housekeeping in the hallway.I also tried to order room service for breakfast and the line was busy and I never got through to anyone. Outside of the horrible stay, I enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The servers and bartenders were really pleasant. However, I will never stay at this hotel again.

This place is in desperate need of a renovation and customer service training!I used to travel for work, staying in MUCH less expensive rooms and hotels for 100+ nights over the course of a year. So, I speak from experience when I say, stay away from this place.My girlfriend and I booked this place because we wanted a hotel with a balcony. Despite the rooms being seemingly over-priced, we took the plunge.It was supposed to be a relaxing, stress-free getaway... However, the condition of the rooms and the staff in this place, made it anything but!The carpets in the rooms were dirty. We're talking stains from unknown liquids. Walls had chipped paint, counter tops were discolored from who knows what, my girlfriend found a hair from a previous guest in the sink. The door to the balcony was so hard to open that I had to put my weight into pulling it - I'm 6' 185... So if you're smaller than that, good luck in using the balcony. Patio furniture literally had holes and burns.I figured maybe we got a bad room that got trashed and wasn't thoroughly cleaned. But no we began to wonder "If they didn't clean the room well, has the bedding been properly sanitized? Also, does the staff not perform quality control checks?"However, we were already here and decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves. The new room was not much better. The staff member who came with us to inspect the room was not surprised at all. Carpets still stained, door was easier to open, but not by much. The room just felt dirty...My girlfriend argued with the front desk, since they had already put an $1100 hold on my card for the two nights (Sunday and Monday night). Getting nowhere with the woman at the front desk, she asked to speak to the manager. Who, was apparently on a call and couldn't be bothered to speak to guests... But was able to understand our situation and chose to do nothing about it.In the end, we demanded the charges on my card be released (which took over a week). Had to go to another hotel, and pay a nice premium to get the balcony. However, the overall experience was SO MUCH better than at Eden Roc, that we were just relieved to see that not all hotels on the beach care for their rooms AND customers like dirt.

Horrible experiencia. Al levantar el cobertor de la cama nos encontramos con una mancha roja y húmeda en la cama , como que no cambiaron las sabanasanted de ingresar nuevos huésped en el cuarto, totalmente insalubre y riesgosoen estos tiempos de pandemia. El servicio en la piscina muy malo .La manager solo se limito a decir que no podia hacer nada ante los reclamos que es lo que habia y ya.

Make sure to get a room with a balcony and view over the ocean, beach, and pools! And do wake up early to see sunrise from your own balcony, it's so worth it. We stayed for two nights at Eden Roc and had a great time. Wish we could stay longer, as the whole property with multiple pools is too big to explore and enjoy in such a short time. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Miami has to offer. Also, the staff was super friendly!

Instalaciones de categoría y muy amplias. Todo muy bien cuidado. Las piscinas son muy lindas. Nuestro cuarto en el piso 12 tenía una vista a la playa hermosa. Todos quienes trabajan allí son muy amables y serviciales. El cuarto tenía solo máquina de café en cápsulas que cada día teníamos que pedir que las repongan. La heladera Frigo Bar no se puede usar sino cobran 40 dólares, es sólo para consumir. Los snacks tienen un sensor que enseguida cargan a tu cuenta si tomas alguno. Tuvimos que pedir una heladera frigo bar aparte para guardar la leche y yogur de la bebé que se abonó 75 dólares por 4 días. La alfombra del cuarto se la vio bastante vieja pero es normal ver éso en los hoteles. Si no te ven salir del cuarto antes de la 1.30 PM no lo limpian ni cambian las toallas.

Such a great place place to stay on Miami Beach. Very beautiful rooms and views. Great pools, great restaurants and drink choices. We mad a mix up with the third party site we booked through on the room/bed type and they were very awesome to fix it for us and pay a small price for a better room and amazing view. We were very happy with our stay. I definitely recommend staying here! Great location for tours too being right off the main road in to Miami Beach.

What a wonderful experience we have had the last couple days. Our first day, the gentleman at the front desk upgraded our room which was beautiful. Thank you so much. The service at Malibu Farm was fantastic. But most importantly our server Aidee at the pool was so kind and extremely attentive. Thank you to the staff for making our experience wonderful.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! After reading the reviews, I was myself iffy and reconsidered booking somewhere else but boy I’m glad I didn’t! The staff were very professional, polite and helped us. Dwayne from the front desk was awesome and was very helpful. The pools were greats and the beach was very relaxing! The hotel gave us an upgrade at no charge and the room they put us in was stunning! The beds were very comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in a hotel. I would 100% stay here again no questions asked! Thank you for a wonderful week I had! I can’t wait to come back 😀

Eden Roc is the best place to stay in Miami Beach. It is an enormous campus that also houses Nobu Hotel and Restaurant. The food is divine, there are tons of vegan and healthy options, and Malibu Farm is so beautiful and located en plain air right on the beach. The spa is over 100,000 square feet, and it includes a killer boutique, salon, and fitness center, and the staff are awesome. The hotel is so clean, and it still has the charm and beauty of when it was built in the 1950s. The housekeeping staff is excellent and thorough, abs the front desk is friendly and efficient. Five stars all around!

What an amazing resort. From the modern decor as you enter the lobby to the amazing spa and services offered. The oceanfront hotel has everything you need to escape the everyday routine. The color of the ocean is mesmerizing and the wind swaying the beautiful palm trees will hug your sun kissed skin. I was swept away at the Eden

Excellent hotel in a desirable location, beachfront, wonderful view of the ocean, efficient staff. We have an upgraded room on the 14th floor, it is very quiet and relaxing, super clean, but it needs few touch ups from the maintenance (shower faucet) that you would not expect from this level of hotel. The restaurant Malibu Farm, by the swimming pools, has a very good pizza.

Had the best time at the Eden Roc. Love their beach area with very attentive cabana staff making delicious drinks and bringing you fresh cool towels! Great restaurants on site. Our suite was beautiful with a giant shower and excellent views on Miami Beach, FL.

We truly enjoyed EVERYTHING about The Eden Roc Hotel . Upon check-in Audrey at the front desk was wonderful !!! She was very polite , welcoming and very accommodating . Her customer service was excellent and we truly appreciated her compassion with room placement for us. It really made our stay very enjoyable . The Eden Roc is very updated, beautiful rooms overlooking the lovely pools & ocean. The balcony was fabulous !!! Dining at Malibu was great and so tasty !!! Every staff member was very nice , professional and prompt . Your location directly on the beach is awesome !!! i would highly recommend The Eden Roc Hotel. We stayed for 3 nights for a convention and we hated to leave . We will be back for a vacation in the future .

Beautiful hotel on the beach. I didn’t encounter anyone on the staff who didn’t have a problem understanding English though and that was a bit frustrating at times. If you speak Spanish, book the ocean view suite. It can’t be beat! The balcony is almost as big as the room and the views from that balcony?!?! OMG it’s breathtaking! There was a steamer, hair straightener and a hair dryer in the closet and the toiletries they supply are top notch. I loved the shower/hot tub combo, too. The AC didn’t get as cool as I would have liked but it was tolerable. There aren’t any vending machines that I could find to get a soda. The room had a well-stocked mini-fridge but I’d prefer not to pay $5 for a can of Pepsi myself. The food there was scrumptious! All in all, I would have enjoyed myself more had there not been a language barrier but I enjoyed my stay plenty that’s for sure!!

Amazing place and the restaurant Malibu farms is excellent! Chef Alex surprised me with a birthday dessert on the house. He overheard my mom say it was my birthday and went above and beyond with a birthday dessert! Abel was our waiter and he was great as well. 10/10 recommend!
