“It was great, service and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Especially Selcuk and Ibrahim in Divan Pub have been great hosts. Parking space available right in front of the hotel also valet parking available.”

“Um clássico de Koç e de Ankara... Em primeiro lugar, a linha, o selo e o espírito de Kuvâ-yi Milliye e Atatürk estão presentes em todos os produtos e serviços – ora diretamente, ora indiretamente ou secretamente. Por um lado, uma holding internacional e uma família que vale bilhões, por outro lado, o humilde espírito de comerciante Ahi Evranci da época de Vehbi Koç... Afinal, o hotel é cinco estrelas. O ginásio dele era muito caro para mim, mas claro que é sobre as minhas finanças 🤷 Só tive a oportunidade de conhecer o staff dele na pastelaria dele. São extraordinariamente profissionais, atenciosos e têm um sentimento de pertença à instituição. Eles se apropriam adequadamente de seus negócios e espaços como se fossem seus e mantêm a satisfação do cliente no mais alto nível.
